I would like to start by saying that to me this company seemed like a dream for somebody in my position returning back to the workforce after being a stay-at-home mom for six years.They seemed like a family-oriented company, those employed had been there long term which showed signs of great moral.Unfortunately my experience was less than pleasant or understanding. Yes my employment was new with the company.Within a weeks time my son went missing while visiting family in another state and while I was mortified, worried, scared, devistated, sleep deprived and so much more due to my situation I still showed up for work until I could fly out to my child.They sent me home because I was so nauseous and threw up from everything I had going on that in turn was used that against me.The next day my son's dad wrecked his vehicle on the hwy going 65 miles an hour on the way to work I had to go and help he needed to go to the hospital I showed them the vehicle I had all the informatio to provide them.In conclusion I was terminated due to these tragedies. Those are the kinds of people running this business that which saddens and also infuriates me how folks can be so cold towards one another and have no heart, this definitely is no family oriented company like they portray themselves.

Once again they are not concerned about members. This time they have made it where we can no longer use Transfund without being charged. We now have to travel to unknown locations to use our debit cards if we don’t want to be charged a fee. Transfunds are in all QT’s. Tell me how this was to benefit members like you told us???

The worst bank I have ever been to very Un professional. Not signing a document then over the phone saying they won't sign it. I will never in my life do business with them. If you have money in this bank take it out. They need help with customer service so bad. You don't yell at someone who just spent 8k in your bank.

I strongly recommend you looking elsewhere, if you're considering First Oklahoma FCU. I've been a loyal customer for approximately 20 years and I've continued to use them, simply because I don't like change. But, after the encounter I've had recently, I'll be looking elsewhere immediately! Honestly, I've had very few pleasant experiences. They have high turnover and customer service isn't great. I also have several family members that are current members of FOFCU and they all feel the same way. They will be looking elsewhere as well. Please save yourself time and energy and look elsewhere!

New improved website. Improved check photo deposit. Total online banking available 24/7. New phone app that is the same as the website in look and function. Someone always answers the phone during regular business hours for that personal touch.

First Oklahoma has great accounts for all ages! I've had my account here for years as well as numerous loans. They always have great rates and work with me to make the auto loan process easy. Excellent member service! Highly recommend this Credit Union!

I used First Oklahoma FCU for my car loan, and they have been wonderful to work with! They were able to prequalify me quickly, offered a low interest rate, and their staff and service has been excellent since I financed the car. Great local credit union, I highly recommend them!

I’ve been a member for many years. I’ve never had a problem depositing large checks with the funds being available immediately. Every checks comes from the same company and bank. Suddenly I have a 10 day hold? Their service has tanked in the last 6-8 months. I’ve had several different accounts with First Oklahoma FCU but looks like it’s time to find a new Union.
