The staff was super helpful and very knowledgeable about the process. This was our first time shopping with Fleet Feet and we will definitely be returning again. We love the shoes we purchased. Great fit and comfortable.

great experience but do yourself a favor and go to the Yale store in Tulsa they actually have stock and will get you fixed up. They are very knowledgeable of what's best for you. Highly recommend this company and they are very reasonably priced. Wish they carried a larger amount of over 12 size shoes, That's really the only negative with this company I have. Only 1 of the 3 stores had stock over size 12 and even it was limited.

4 months ago, feet were hurting. Was putting 100-150 miles from walking and light jogging per month. I took the time to do the feet mapping and told them, bring me the best shoes for my feet. They came back with 3 styles and prices points and I got to choose the best for my situation. Fast forward 4 months - I went back and in and ordered the same pair as the old ones started to get worn out. They were out, in the store, so I ordered through the website. Ordered on Saturday afternoon, got them shipped and delivered on the following Tuesday morning - and that was over a Monday Labor Day. Will not be ordering my shoes through the major online retailer. Fleet Feet Tulsa KingsPointe Village gets my business from here on out. Love this place! In my pic, old on the right, new on the left.

I have a big problem with arthritis in my left foot & ankle. My foot specialist told me to get HOKA shoes to avoid surgery. Fleet Feet did a scan of my feet and then fitted me with the shoes that have succeeded in relieving all my problems. Thank you to Fleet Feet, their staff and Hoka Shoes.

I got a shoe fitting & order 3d insoles. The customer service was excellent. I had someone with me the whole time & he explained everything to me & answered all my husband's questions (he asked more than me).

I’m in my seventies and had never had a professional shoe fitting, so I was a bit anxious about the process. The staff put me at ease immediately and met my needs. I left with a great pair of shoes. They cost more than I’ve ever spent on shoes, but I felt confident about the purchase.

The staff at the Kings Pointe Feet Fleet were very pleasant and super helpful. My teenage son has had damage to his feet due to plantar fasciitis and stress fractures, resulting in two very different feet now. His doctor recommended this business. The associate scanned his feet, thoroughly explained the results, and gave us viable options on how to help. I decided ordering the custom orthotics would be best since his feet are so dissimilar, and now we are anxiously awaiting their arrival. Great service!

Today I spent $157 on used shoes.... I thought it was weird in my car opening the box and no paper inside the shoe, I reached back far and found a penny...then I came into work under bright lights and me and my coworkers were surprised at how Dirty they were on the toe end! I am such a busy person, now I have to go 8 miles out of my way to return these shoes tomorrow that they should have never see sold in the 1st place.... I won't come back to this location

Frustrated overall stopped in on May 4th after work, purchases my 1sr pair of Bondi Hokas. I’m a new balance girl, I felt it was time let’s see what all the hype about Hokas were. The guy who initially helped me was Not very helpful left out important information I found out later regarding the shoes I brought. For instance there is a little bit of a lift in the shoe like extra padding where your arch area is on your foot. He was super nice but didn’t know much about the product he was selling I felt rushed and like he was simply ready for me to make a decision and GO! He kept saying if you don’t like them you have can always bring them back for an exchange ???♀️ you have up to 60 days, no one wants to hear that when shopping for shoes who has time to bring them back!!! I appreciate that Fleet Feet stands behind their products but customer service is lacking here for me it’s not enough to say hi! Welcome ? I chose fleet feet when I could’ve went anywhere else in Tulsa. Now I wished I had. After two weeks I just couldn’t take it anymore walked into the store onceagain after work just as I did when I purchased them the 1st time it was after work. I came in explained to a sales rep I had spoken with someone earlier in the day and briefly my situation I was there for, all he did was PASS me off to another sales rep a lady? I had to explain again my situation. I thought that was rude! Spent about an hour didn’t leave with any Hokas they had none for me in the store wide width redunded $ back to my credit card to order myself online manager didn’t seem least bit concerned ? T the young lad was super helpful. I will NOT SHOP Fleet Feet again this was nothing more than a super inconvenience for me as well as a waste of my time! With no hokas.
