They were telling me that the jaws on my 5th wheel needed to be replaced. I even had trouble connecting and disconnection from a trailer. They even had to help. They then told my company that nothing was wrong with the 5th wheel. When I called and told them that I felt like they had throwed me under the bus. Their language got very abusive. I had to block them on my phone. They should have manned up and asked me why I felt the way I did instead of being abusive. That's being very unprofessional. I will never be back!!! And I will never recommend them! I know they don't care about 1 bad review. Have you noticed that they have not manned up? This shows how much that they care.

They had my truck for over 3 weeks telling me and the company that jaws on the 5th wheel was worn and needed to be replaced or the 5th wheel needed to be replaced. On the 4th week I tried 5th wheel out again. I had trouble hooking and unhooking from a trailer. They even had to help. Steve called me company and told them the 5th wheel is alright and I had no trouble with it. When I called Steve and told that I felt like he threw me under the bus. Steve got very abusive and I had to hangup. I even had to block his number. He doesn't care anything about bad reviews. I would never recommend him to anybody or take my personal vehicle to him. This is still America. I have every right to feel any way I want. They don't even deserve 1 star. The way Steve treats people I'm surprised they stay in business
