Thomas listened well to what we wanted, and didn’t make promises he couldn’t deliver. The finance officer Garrett got us a good rate. Overall, one of the easiest car buying experiences we have had.

2nd update: Following this review, Fowler stepped up and fixed the paint issue themselves since Ford would not hold up their end of the warranty.
I had to update my review with one star.
While the salesman was great, after the sale is final, Fowler will in no way support you with your purchase on warranty issues.
There is a clear common issue with a TSB for the issue, however ford denied the claim and blamed Fowler. (9,000 miles on this truck)
The service manager won’t take a phone call or return a call.
Absolute worst service after a sale I’ve seen.
Save yourself the headache and go to bill Knight Ford Ford.

Pressure sales tactics, blatant lying about features on the vehicle, they sold me a dodge challenger with bad tires, sticky buttons, faulty seatbelt and lied about it having remote start and they tried to just say “whoops I was wrong oh well” but I had to make a stink about it for him to add remote start after they refused to take this car back! They put in writing they would fix the hood/bumper alignment if I bought the car RIGHT NOW the bumper is still not fixed. I’ve called every day and I can tell they’re just annoyed with me for asking them to do what they promised to do! Thomas the salesman is unprofessional and rude, but he’s good at pressuring people to BUY NOW. I regret doing business with these people so much at this point. As of right now there is still no scheduled date to fix the hood. “It’s your problem now” mentality, business as usual for this slum lot it seems.

Thank you to Allie and the team down at Fowler Ford for making it so that my wife and I can get into a new 25 explorer ST. They not only beat everyone's trade in number by 5000 plus but they also made us feel like family the entire time we were there. The entire sales team is amazing and willing to do whatever is necessary to help you and your family to get into the vehicle you want.
I've been to every other Ford dealership here in the local area (30 plus miles) and Fowler is truly the best for your purchase and family!

Service was great! Free pickup and delivery of my vehicle for the oil change, and they let me know that my wiper blade was bad on the back. It cost me less to replace it there and have them put it on than it would have if I went to the parts store and got it myself. Very honest and wonderful service department. Love the video provided of inspection so I can trust this dealership!

Tried to charge me $161 to install a $26 dollar item. After I complained they agreed I didn't need the entire item only part of it which cost $26. Then they wanted to charge me $71 for something that took less then 5 minutes to do. We finally agreed on $51. I can get oil changed, tires rotated for $49,99 but it cost $71 to spend 5 minutes putting a plastic part on my door handle. This is why people don't trust maintenance departments at car dealership. This is the second time I've had bad service, another time the guy said they had changed the cabin filter but it never happened, I know because I had them pull it and show me the new one they supposedly put in. Apparently maintenance guy thought he changed it out but didn't. I was told I needed other maintenance done because of mileage. When I decide to take their advice I will visit a different Ford dealership. Thank.

It took two weeks to get my pickup. Lots of delays and issues with finance and used car department. When it finally arrived it was dirty inside and out, only twenty miles worth of fuel in the tank, and no temporary tag. The salesman Roy was a pleasure to work. I can’t say the same for the rest of the dealership.

I had an awsome experience yesterday at Fowler Ford. Their Customer service was impeccable especially Megan Mccoy who assisted me getting checked in for new tires. I was in and out within a little over an hour. Great Dealership!!

Better off dealing with a scamming mobile mechanic. I was told they couldn't get my vehicle to start and had to use their battery pack in order to start it. Instead of telling me the CCA & CA were low for the vehicle. I was also told I had a bad leak. I still haven't seen any oil come from my vehicle. 0/10 would NOT recommend. I came here because Riverside customer service sucked and they're right by me. I bypassed convenience, just to be lied to.
