So I took my used 2012 highlander that I just bought (maybe 2 weeks) from another dealer to changed engine oil because the light was on saying "changed oil". So I picked them because to me it's their brand so things should be good. Anyhow, my complain is not the job the service guy did. My complain is toward the guy that did the intake and he was also the cashier when I was checking out. Everything was alright until I was called to pay and take my vehicle. He asked me without telling me the amount if I'm paying credit card or cash. I said credit card, because I did not know if I got enough cash. I am telling you this middle age white grown man gave me a what the fuck look that made me feel like a second class. Maybe he felt like that because I was a brown skin woman walking with a cane. The judgement look. For your info. I'm a disable veteran who served my country. How about you? Anyhow, I asked how much is the bill he said $73 and I told him I got enough cash for that amount. I paid and left, but the sad feeling stayed with me.

Since my post, management at Fowler has reached out to me. They have offered to take care of the ac issue. With this concern being rectified...I really have to say the whole experience was good. I truly appreciate them stepping up for this one !! Give Bryce M. a call. Go get yourself a nice new ride up in T-town !

Started my new car search in the most dismal way I could imagine today. If you want your "pretty woman" moment (you know the one where she walks into the boutique and the staff basically refuse to sell her anything) then fowler is definitely the place to go. I walked in asking to see something the size of a Land Cruiser and stating that I would be paying cash in about 6 months. The staff would only show me a Highlander. The staff tried to talk me out of anything with a nicer than basic package. They continuously lowballed me on models and style packages. At one point they recommended I look for a 2019 Tahoe. They never once asked me what I do for work or tried to get an idea of what my budget might be.

This dealership is fantastic! I had a very difficult wiring issue in my Tundra, they found the problem and fixed it in a timely manner and the price was extremely reasonable. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, I couldn't recommend them more!!
