I used to love coming here all the time! There was an older lady who worked there who was always so welcoming and accommodating! Whoever hired the new teens needs to do better training! This is the third time coming in and they don’t even acknowledge customers- they talk to each other laughing and sit on their phones the entire time. They don’t offer to help find clothes, open a dressing room- NOTHING- horrible experience and I will be shopping online from now on. Truly disappointing!

Pretty clean and nice my nieces love the clothes but I never ever feel welcome the current worker is not very friendly.

I visited Francesca's this evening and was helped by the most amazing employee, Mindie! Her customer service was out of this world and she helped me more than any store employee ever has. Mindie is a phenomenal employee and deserves a raise without a doubt!

Thank you to the employee working yesterday evening around 530-6 I came in so frustrated . Nothing was fitting at any other store, I usually go to Francesca's first, but I hate shopping and I picked out a dress online to not have to shop, but the dress was too big... 5 store later when all the stores were mean to me I came in almost in tears trying to find something for my friends wedding this weekend in Colorado and she helped me find something in the new junior section, being 31 I was a little mortified, but it all worked out and everyone working the evening shift was super nice to me and didn't tell me to go to a stripper store to find something to fit like the last store..

Prices are high but you find everything you need. Look for things on sale!! There was a pair of shoes that were originally 53 dollars and my friend paid 20 dollars for it.

The clothes and shoes are so cute and the sales are ridiculous. Even without the discounts, the items are quite cheap. Their gifts and jewelry are really simple and stylish. Totally going back when I can.

They always have a wide variety of styles and sizes for just about any shopper. The service was on point! Just enough to feel like a valued customer, but they gave me my space as well. A great balance!

I don't know if other people like being pestered while shopping but I definitely like to look at things in peace and if I have a question I WILL ASK YOU, no need to pester me with "WHAT BRINGS YOU IN????WHAT ARE WE SHOPPING FOR TODAY????" two seconds after I enter the store after you've already greeted me and done your job ESPECIALLY when I deliberately don't make eye contact with you to avoid having to talk to you...get the hint. Who goes into Francesca's knowing exactly what they are looking for??

She was to worried if i had money to buy anything in her store. Made me feel very low and i just wanted to punch her. She even took her samples back she gave me. I never in my life had some one treat me like this. I just want to go back and speak my mind to her!
