Normally a great pharmacy. I understand the storms in Tulsa affected many people. However? If a Dr's prescription had already been in the system and somehow was wiped out due to the storm and not recoverable? Does that not tell us the system is flawed when scripts should have been present? Now, unfortunately we have to wait on said Dr to be back in office. For a patient with a substantial wound who's been on pain management for years prior? It's incredibly difficult to manage pain once you've depleted your supply. So frustrating. How can Freeland Brown prevent this in the future?

Tammy has been helping me through some trying times in the last 15 months. My mother has needed assisted living. I have been able to count on Tammy to get me the supplies I'd needed. I'm thankful for the excellent customer service she has given me. Shes my "go to" gal.

Went in to get an ankle walker boot that was priced $40.00 on their website. Husband gets there and they charged him $75.00 for it. Called to ask them about it and was told that they don't give refunds. If it is priced a certain price on the website then it should be that same price when you go into the store. Never again will I do business with them.

Their customer service is awful. I needed a chair we rented from there picked up. The girl who answered the phone said she did not think they could pick I up until Monday. But the people I care for had company coming from out of town on Monday, so they needed it gone before then. The girl said that they were completely booked for 3 days straight I asked if there was any way they could move some things around so the chair could be picked up. She got very rude and said it wasn't even scheduled to be picked up till Saturday. I said that would work out great. Then she said they didn't work on Saturday. What? Then why did she say it was already scheduled to be picked up Saturday. They had also already been paid to pick it up. I asked if we could just bring it to them. She started getting a bad attitude, I was just trying to find a solution.
