Always really kind people who understand that we may not be at our best, when we are there. Great selection of equipment, too.

There is a lack of compassion, customer service, communication and care. Specifically at the front, whoever the owner is needs to handle his employee’s attitudes. Would never come back.

This pharmacy took care of me when Walgreens was out of one of my meds, and everything was going great until I started being charged the "difference" of their cost and what my copay is. I was put on Ozempic because of diabetes and I was willing to pay, because it works and it wasn't always so expensive. Last month my copay was only $25, but today I guess the price difference is $60, so I'll have to pay $85. I understand that costs fluctuate, but this week I just can't afford it. I was also told once that I have to have a non-scheduled Rx filled in order to keep getting my other filled. It's just frustrating.

Called about straight catheter, was told I can buy a few without prescription until I get one. Of course, drove to the store the guy is telling me I can’t get anything without prescription. Wasted my time.

EDIT: This is ridiculous. It does not need to take 10 days to get a scrip renewed, even with a PA. It is not the patient's job to be a messenger between clinic and pharmacy. If I call three times asking about a scrip, I expect that to be enough to get someone to look into the problem, not be told it will be ready, only to then be told they need something else that THEY have not requested from the doctor yet, and for that to continue for days. If this were a problem solely with scrips from one clinic, I wouldn't be upset, but it isn't just one. It's from anywhere I get a scrip. What is HAPPENING over there?
Original: The store on SW Blvd was very good until it closed and everything was folded into this location. It was done very poorly, with no warning to patients, leaving some without their medication for weeks. It hasn't improved much. Prescriptions are never ready to go when I arrive, and there are delays I never experienced at the other location, with the pharmacy stating they have not received responses from the doctor, when the doctor's office states they have not received any faxes/emails from the pharmacy or that they HAVE sent a response, and this sometimes goes back and forth twice or more. If I call a refill in via the automated refill line and it doesn't need a doctor to renew it and it is a common medication, it should reliably be ready to pick up by the end of the next day. I almost always give them more time than that, but even three or four days later it isn't done. If I do need a renewal by a doctor, I have to be prepared for it to take a week or more unless I personally call the doctor and then remind the pharmacy to look for the scrip. I am only able to get to the pharmacy a couple of times a week, so this often leads to me going without meds for days, sometimes longer. This isn't safe. It shouldn't be up to me to call both pharmacy and doctor to make sure they're doing what they said they would do. They should be able to work that out between them, not leave it to the patient. I'm really disappointed in how terrible this location is compared to the one that closed. The people are very nice, that's never been an issue, but they simply cannot routinely do what I need them to do. I'm really sorry to have to give a negative review, but I've reached a breaking point. I'm so tired of having to make multiple calls for half my scrips.

I used this pharmacy for years but then moved further away, so I tried all the big name pharmacies. I have gladly made the extra drive. No one else is like them. It reminds me of my small hometown pharmacy. Everyone is very kind and helpful. They remember you and your name! You're treated like an old friend. The pharmacist Steve, I believe, has been there the longest. He is awesome!
I recommend them to all of my family and friends. Give them a try, you won't be sorry.

I recently had an incredibly negative experience with this pharmacy that left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. I called this morning to inquire about the availability of a prescription (Adderall) before having my doctor send it in. I specifically asked if they had the generic version of Adderall.
To my surprise, the person who answered the phone seemed impatient and spoke in a rushed manner. When I mentioned the word "generic," she condescendingly questioned if it was a word I couldn't comprehend or if I was referring to "amphetamine salts." I politely indicated that I believed it was the former, and she responded with a nasty attitude, saying, "Sir, I need you to tell me the type. I am not doing this again."
This level of unprofessionalism and lack of customer courtesy was shocking to me. Despite her impolite demeanor, I proceeded to provide her with the specific type of Adderall I needed. However, instead of offering any assistance, she simply responded with a dismissive "nope, we don't have those. Bye," and abruptly hung up.
I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills displayed by this pharmacy. As a first-time reviewer, I cannot emphasize enough how appalled I am by this experience. It is disheartening to encounter such disregard for customers' needs and a complete lack of respect.
Based on this encounter, I will never again be visiting this pharmacy. I urge others to consider their options and seek out a pharmacy that values professionalism, respect, and exceptional customer service. Our health and well-being deserve better than what this pharmacy has to offer.
