I went in at about noon on 3/12/25 to warranty out a controller. The associate that helped me was super polite and friendly. I always do my game stop shopping from this location beacuse the people working there are always great and helpful but the lady that helped me today was the best yet!

Sorry if this review seems weirdly worded, I’m typing with voice to text as I’m driving home. Mathew gave me the best customer service I’ve ever witnessed. Not gonna go into details, but he is great. If he’s not a manager, he needs to be, and if he is a manager, he needs a raise.
