GameStop in general has just got worse and worse. Go in for a used switch and it’s only $10 less than a brand new one. The employees response is, well that’s just how GameStop prices things. I understand it’s used and no warranty but that’s what we value it at. GTFOH… It was one thing when they offered you pennies to the dollar for games and consoles but now they even skyrocket the price for resell after they rip you off?

Closed an hour early according to the posted hours in their window. Locked the doors with a smile as I walked up.

Online says they close at 9pm but store sign says 8pm. Very frustrating

Came in to buy a headset at around 8:35pm after getting off work and after trying it and deciding I wanted to return immediately after getting home and trying it but couldn’t because Jordan the employee saw me pull in and turned off the light and locked the doors at 8:55. They weren’t even closed and he just denied me service. I understand wanting to close early because it’s slow but I was literally walking up the door with bag in hand and he just closed the security gate on me 5 mins before close.(updated) I came in next morning to return and had no issues returning the item but unfortunately found out that I paid for more expensive iteam that’s wasn’t even in the packaging, in the end they helped me and refunded my purchase.

The staff at this location are extremely professional and courteous. Kira, Ivan, and Mary helped us host a birthday party at their store and it was a great success.

This is the ONLY GameStop store I will deal with. Never have an issue and they know me by name. Every worker is very well knowledgeable of all their products, brands and games. Matt the manager is by far the most cooperative and all around supervisor I have ever seen in a gaming store. He and his staff are why I will drive 45 miles to just go to their store and know what I'm getting is my best. Thank you for allowing us to have a great experience and always coming back as a valued customer.

Staff was very helpful. They didn't have a Nintendo Switch in stock but offered to find one at another location where they did have one.
