Staff will tell you one thing over the phone and then the complete opposite in-person. Mentioned about leaving a review then got laughed at. Will never shop or enter again.

** was months ago** Brought in a Switch but didn’t have all the parts needed to sell. Lady was very brisk & dismissive. Had little patience & when couldn’t sell it- dismissed my presence by turning around & working on something else. I was shocked. Then said I was missing X thing & nothing she could do. Sold it to someone in the parking lot as heading out

confused as to why the open sign is lit up, but the door is locked. and there’s a written note on the door that says “back in 15” pretty unprofessional. several people have been waiting apparently longer than 15. weird.

Good afternoon, very disappointed customer here. I visited two Game Stops today trying to purchase a PS5 for my 9 year old son’s birthday. The first location in the Tulsa Woodland Hills mall explained to my husband and I that they were out of stock but we can go across the street to the other location (7103 S Memorial Dr, Tulsa, OK 74133) as they have them in stock for $727 bundle includes 3 games, charger and GS gift card. We went to this location, told the cashier that we would like to purchase the bundle in which she said it was $807. We explained that the guy at the other location told us it was $727 and there was also an ad taped on the door with the same $727 bundle price. The cashier then ripped the ad off of the door, tore it into pieces and said “Sorry the price went up”. No explanation or anything. As a consumer, she should have at least honored the price listed on the ad on your door and what the other GS location told us it would be. Very poor customer service and I will not be returning.

Alex is awesome! Very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Definitely tries to help you find what’s best to your liking vs just trying to rush a sale and try to get you to buy just any game. Thank you so much for a good experience. Definitely will be returning to this store for future buys.
