Worst customer service experience. I work in customer service as a general manager so I’m aware of customers trying to take advantage.
I brought in a sweatsuit I received as a gift to EXCHANGE sizes NOT a refund (both items still had the tags) and they wouldn’t honor the price it was purchased for. They were going to make me double the price that person paid. Absolutely ridiculous. I had 3 people help me and 2/3 were very rude and left me at the counter & Didn’t say anything on my way out so now I’m left with items that are too big and I can’t exchange them🤣

This is personally the best GAP out there. I am from Arkansas and I won't go to any other one, I will 100% drive out to Utica Square just to have a good shopping experience and get the things that I need in the right sizes!!! The associates are all super helpful and welcoming. I just had my first born, and they have the largest section of baby clothes, and Peggy had the most valuable knowledge and absolutely made my day by being so kind and personable. She helped me pick out the right sizes and fits for my baby. #loveGAP

Only two people in the store at check out and at least three workers in sight. Employee was going to get the last item that we needed for tomorrow off of the mannequin and called someone else who told her no and first wanted to order it online and then wanted to send me across town instead. You may want to revisit what shopping locally and good customer service actually means.

This place is awsome, they always have great prices and if you found something expensive, chances are that very same item will go down in price the next month. I saw an 89 pair of leggings went back 2 weeks later and they went down to 35 bucks.?
