Excellent! Every one else was closed and don’t open before 10, they where open at 8. I walked in and asked if they sold a VGA to display port cord. To my knowledge the don’t sell cords but Keli understood what I was needing, went out of his way and found me what I was needing with no charge. Now that’s good business! Super down to earth, I highly recommend!

We recently purchased a new computer from Best Buy and unfortunately had a very bad experience...Called Geeks to the Rescue to advise as to how to get several things corrected that Best Buy support failed to do. Martin S came to our home on several occasions and was extremely thorough in diagnosing and fixing the issues. We ultimately purchased additional storage for the hard drive and again, Martin worked tirelessly to make this happen. Martin was prompt and thorough...answered all of our questions and made certain that we were happy with the final result. I would definitely recommend this company, and Martin in particular.

I bought a printer online from Best Buy, and could not get it to set up and print. Best Buy did not open until 11 am, and I did not have time to wait. Ken at Geek Rescue said they don’t usually work on printers, but recognized that I was at my wit’s end. He called up a video on how to address the error, and told me it was a design flaw that would have to have a temporary patch applied every time to get it to print. Although it was not the happy outcome of going home with a working printer, it was tremendously helpful and validating. I went to a different store and bought a different model printer, and was able to return the defective one today, when Best Buy was open at a time that worked in my schedule. I very much appreciate Ken’s excellent and timely customer service. Next time I need a computer worked on, I’ll be back.

Thanks to J.D. at Geeks to the Rescue for knowing just the right simple fix for my Surface Pro this afternoon. With his magic touch, it took him 5 minutes or less to do what I had unsuccessfully attempted on my own. And, he did not charge us for the imposition. I promised to recommend him highly and I know where to go should I run into computer issues in the future.

My laptop was repaired in less than 24 hours. It works great. They applied updates and cleaned out dust that was causing excess heat. Repair cost was good value.
