I dropped my truck off last week for damage to my front end. The professionalism and quality that My truck has gotten is beyond my expectations. I just picked up my 2020 suburban and we are absolutely impressed with the work that was done to our vehicle. We were t-boned and the damage was pretty extensive. It looks brand new again! It was also finished a week ahead of schedule so we're able to return our rental car in early and get money credited to us back for that. Also, they called us every Tuesday and Thursday to give us updates even if there were no updates (still waiting to recieve parts order) . I thought that these updates were excellent customer service and what sets Gerber apart from other collision companies. Great job guys!

I had my car repaired here, the customer service is top notch! Christy and Grant are amazing as well as everyone in the shop. I won’t go anywhere else to have my car repaired. If you need a dependable company with excellent communication this is your place !!

Don’t bother. So incredibly rude. I booked an appointment online and the scheduler called me talked down to me and treated me like an idiot. Wouldn’t use this place. Can’t imagine that they would do good work if they can’t even book an appointment properly with some level of customer service.

Gerber Collision was amazing! I hit a deer right before Thanksgiving. Gerber was on the list of preferred collision companies that State Farm sent me! They had my car fixed in 3 weeks, always kept me updated on the progress, parts they were waiting on, etc. I felt like I had a brand new car when I picked it up! Thank you Gerber! I would definitely recommend.
