On my drive to move to Tulsa (yes, with all my worldly belongings in tow), my tire decided to go full diva and shred itself to bits, taking part of my car down with it. Cue the scramble to find help, and after reading some stellar reviews, I entrusted my car to Gerber Collision and Glass. They didn’t just fix the damage; they worked absolute magic. My car looked so good I was half tempted to give it a congratulatory pat.
But wait… plot twist. Just as I was leaving the shop, another tire popped. I mean, seriously? It was like my car wanted to welcome me to Tulsa with a dramatic performance. Enter Ryan from Gerber Collision—a legend who, instead of heading home for a well-deserved Friday night with his family, came to my rescue on his own time. He patched me up, got me rolling again, and asked for absolutely nothing in return. The guy could have been cracking open a cold one at home, but nope, he was out there saving my sanity.
Honestly, it was the best customer service I’ve ever received, and it left me a little emotional. If this level of kindness is what Tulsa is all about, I’m thrilled to be living here. Thanks, Gerber Collision—and extra thanks to Ryan for going above and beyond in a way that still blows my mind. 🚗💨

I had a vehicle totalled out a couple years ago in a really bad hail storm and took my (new) csr here. Even though it was a total loss, and they didn't actually work on my car. The process was very smooth and very quick. And I had to apply minimal effort. I actually hit a dear about a week ago on my way to work. And I just took my car there for an estimate. I am pleased with the estimate, so hopefully, this process is a smooth as the last.Services: Painting

The folks over at Gerber Collision are first-class. Donnie and Katie were truly phenomenal. They're responsive and transparent and make you feel "in the know" of what is going on with your vehicle in what can be a stressful time.
