When it's hot outside the temperature inside is doubled. I watched a dog poop in the store. My wife witnessed what seemed to be a manager telling a (possibly special needs) employee that he is worthless. My elderly mother got fleas from a sweater.

Falling into “Thrift Grift”
The prices are really creeping into territory I’d consider not worth it. The only thing I’d consider fairly priced are the books. This isn’t this particular stores probably either, thrifting is slowly becoming something it wasn’t meant to be and isn’t the absolute bargain it used to be. Goodwill though will hold back all it’s actually big name stuff to sell on their online store. You’ll rarely find an amazing deal in stores like this now.

Didn’t find a dress for a wedding in March, the 50% off color changes on Sunday, happy thrifting

All I can say is I can only give them one star for location but the prices are outrageous this is a thrift store not a name brand store. If you're going to buy from Goodwill you might as well go to a high dollar store and pay the same prices.

This is one of the better organized and maintained Goodwill's in Tulsa. It was easy to find things inside of the store and the staff were very polite.

I get some of my best pieces here. Bought a wedding dress and petticoat for less that 40 bucks

Will not buy anything else from the auction site ... The will not allow for local pick-up which is why I was bidding on Tulsa store items, so it cost me more and my grandson got less for his birthday.

Goodwill has gotten greedy. I’ve shopped at Goodwill for a long time, and especially at the Stone Creek store in Broken Arrow. Used to be you could find bargains on wares, toys, clothes, etc, but now they are pricing themselves out of customers. I thought $5.99 was high for a women’s shirt last year was crazy but now today new blouses are $6.99?? You can buy brand new at a good sale got that kind of pricing! Wares that used to be 1.99 or $.99 are now $2.99 and up! I’m NOT going to be spending my hard earned money or donating there any longer. There are plenty of other charities (Goodwill is no longer a charity in my book now), to give items to. They have gotten too pricey for me.
In response to the comment below about my review, I would say raising your prices too high will only result in less sales, so that defeats your purpose on helping others.
The staff that I know at your Stoney Creek store are also saying the are being micromanaged now to the point the want to leave their jobs, so maybe management should look into both prices and culture at that store.
