I went to the appliance store today and I had a great experience, very friendly, welcoming, and very helpful Sales Rep Geoff Portman Took his time with me helped me find what was best for what I was in need of which was a refrigerator thank you so much for the great customer service. Went into Hahn on 169 and no one greeted or even spoke. My husband & myself walked around until I located what I wanted. We stood by the washer & dryer I wanted, made eye contact with gentleman that worked their and no one came. I went to the desk and ask a guy who was behind the counter, who was on his phone (I believe texting) and asked was anyone available and he replies “Someone will be out there to help!” About 5 mins later no one came so we just left! I will NEVER go back to that location!!

So much for helping the customer. I bought another washer from Hahns. The first experience was horrible. When they sent the wrong washer and didn't have the one i bought in stock. I had to go with the washer they choose to give me. I left a bad review. Let a couple years go by and decide to give them another shot maybe it was a fluke. Pay over 1300.00 for a washer and bring it home and it is pouring water out the bottom. Contacted them ans they told me they would bring me a new one on Monday. Just got off the phone with them and now they are saying Tuesday. This place is a disaster. All the show and lights for bad service. I dont understand how some one can spend 1350.00 on a washer and right out of the box is junk. Then they just lie to you to get what they want. Save your self some time and go else where. First time horrible and 2nd time is just as bad. Now i sit here and wait for them to bring me my washer while they count my money and laugh in my face.

Everything was fine, Until The delivery driver decided to turn around and my freshly seeded yard, Destroying the grass that is growing,(Which I might add is hard to do in a drought situation) I’ve been working pretty hard on it. New dirt new seed of work.
Instead of just turning around in the Driveway where anyone else would turn around including other delivery drivers even this week so I’m going to say this part of this buying process sucked

Purchased a Frigidaire icebox got it delivered four hours later I couldn’t get it to come on. They wanted to charge me a service call to find out why it wouldn’t come on only having it for four hours. Second of all now I find out I can’t keep the freezer door closed finally figured out why. Has a dent in the side of the freezer and sometimes the door will pop open because it won’t seal . This is what Hahns appliance sales to people. Just not right. What kind of rip off place is Hahn i’m a senior citizen, living off, only Social Security, and it’s hard to meet today’s prices. There’s no way I can buy a new refrigerator. Shame on Hahns Appliance what a rip off.It’s been a good while and looks like Hahns appliance don’t care what they sold and delivered to me .So SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK I did and got burned. With a 3.9 rating Hahns appliances sales will be going down pretty soon I hope.

My deal started about 3 weeks ago. Mike at the store sold me a dish washer. Used 3 times. It quits and also does not dy dishes at all. Why have a dishwasher you have to dry dishes..any way that will someone to fix tried to get a new swap out but wanted me to pay another deliver and pick up fee. So management don't know how to keep customers the dishwasher is a fridgadare and it's a big lemon. Go to lowes

We bought a top mount refrigerator from Hahn's about a year ago. We had trouble with it in August. For the last three months while it was still under warranty we have been trying to get it repaired. The store will only tell you to call the manufacturer and that they are not responsible for the repairs or the warranty. I have called Electrolux seven time to set up a repair and no one has showed up yet. If you buy from Hahn, just know they could care less if you have problems once they sell you the equipment, they won't do anything else to help.

We have bought numerous appliances from Hahn for our home as well as our daughter's. We may look at the box stores including Costco because of the buying incentives they offer with a credit card purchase like free delivery, haul away, and extended warranty; but always end up buying at Hahn because we know they will not abandon us immediately after the sale is closed. That personalized customer service is a necessity today because the durability and quality is so random. We appreciate the online access for info from Michael Day at the main store as well our recent experience at the Warehouse store buying from Elizabeth and our excellent delivery team of Fransisco and Nicholas. We've also experienced the outstanding customer service from the manager, Jeff, who will go to great lengths to make sure the customer is satisfied with every stage of the sale and delivery. Hahn sales people are great but the LG refrigerator that cost 2400 is a very big disappointment and advise all potential fridge buyers to never buy a LG fridge. My ice maker quit after only 20 months. i would never ever buy any LG products from anyone! Don't buy LG!!!

Recently had to make a trip to Hahn to replace some appliances that were damaged at my employers location. The staff was very helpful, in person (getting someone to pick up a phone there is a nightmare). Once I went to the store in person, a salesmen was able to look up our old order with the customer information I provided. This allowed for the salesman to show me comparable options so I could replace items that were close in price to what we originally had.Check out was simple. It took a few times to get install and drop off scheduled (issues on my end and working around other contractors on the employer’s location.)Once install happened I had to have them come back at a later date because they did not hook up the dishwasher, mount it to the cabinet or even plug in the oven. Other than having to have the install team come back out, it was a decent experience.

Great service! We are return customers. Haley Kelly was our sales person and she was AWESOME!
