Ham was the hit of Christmas Dinner! Although there was home cooked prime rib roast and turkey the Honey Ham was the most attacked and packed off. It's rather costly, but worth the time saved to prepare for a crew of 25.

I ordered a Hamlet ham in 2021 and it was just as excellent as the Hamlet hams my mother purchased in years prior. I got Rave Reviews from all guests with inquiries of where it came from. Most guests requested take home plates with ham being the #1 item asked for.
