Some of the tools sold here are excellent and highly rated. Others are Chinese-made junk. You get what you pay for. They always try to upsell on a warranty plan, even if the product itself (eg. Daytona floor jack, 3 years) comes with a longer warranty. Customer service is really hit or miss at any Harbor Freight location.

The absolute WORSE Harbor Freight I ever visited! POOREST customer service, RUDE! Tried returning a defective product and they wanted to charge a restock fee!! NEVER again will I shop here!!!!

Great place to get tools. Prices are reasonable but one particular staff is crappy with their customer service. Was next in line to pay when the cashier told me to go to the other line which is super long because I guess she was missing out on her break. There was no "oh, I'm sorry we're closed". It was just "the other cashier can help you" and she pointed over there to the longer line. I asked her "so you are closed?" And she replied "yes". This was at 71st location.
