Very nice service & professional. Not a long wait and lots of help looking at glasses options.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Dr. Glass was very knowledgeable and answered any questions or concerns I had. Gloria did a fantastic job helping me with my new frames and I left very happy with my experience.

Since the transition to My Eye Dr the service is terrible. I all of a sudden got a bill for a visit 11 months earlier, before My Eye Dr even owned the business. I thought the charges had been settled. As corporate owners do, they are trying to squeeze every last dime out of every patient. And the corporate patient accounts representatives are absolutely useless. My daughter sent one of her employees here for the $199 exam and glasses special, trying to help him out. They ended up paying nearly $800 for additional services the staff added on without the unsophisticated employee understanding what they were doing. I will be finding a new eye doctor ASAP. Which hurts me deeply after nearly fifteen or more years as a patient at the Harvard location.

My eye doctor provides professional services, but when it comes to getting your paperwork or calling and talking to a person, it is extremely difficult. I have tried calling in numerous times and have to go through various numbers to try to find a human being so that I can get a copy of my bill. This is virtually impossible. Now I’m gonna have to get in my car and drive across town and walk in the front door because they don’t have real People answer the phone anymore.

I had my appointment here and they told me they were going to call around to see if they could get me in for eye surgery. It's been almost 6 months and still haven't heard back from them. Very disappointing. They also said my insurance would cover everything and I just had to pay a small copay. After my appointment they charged me way more than I wanted to pay.

Schedule an appointment for my daughter and i for a Monday then got call saying the doctor was sick and needed to reschedule for the next day so did that then we show up and they only rescheduled one of us and said the other would have to come back so I don’t recommend them as this is the second time this has happened and I will not be going back again

I won't be returning here for vision exams or contact fittings. I asked for a specific brand of contacts lenses 3 or 4 times and was disregarded into an attempt to up sell. I was open and up front about affordability from the beginning of my appointment and left upset because she prescribed a high end brand that would cost approximately $600.00 per year AFTER my insurance. I felt railroaded and completely ignored. I've attempted to call them to rectify the situation but they do not answer the phone at this location. I'd appreciate a refund of $64.00 dollars wasted and an apology.

I had a great visit today! My Dr today was so sweet and made me feel comfortable, I just can’t remember her name she has blonde hair and she said she just moved here and new to the location and I have been with Harrel eye care I went to the one in broken arrow until they transferred to mingo then they transferred to this one. My grandma worked at Harrel eye care before she passed away she was known so sweet and caring and the broken arrow location always made me feel at home when she passed they were like family to me but since they kept moving me locations I never felt welcome by anyone up front and back until today when I got the best Dr she made me feel at home and I did cry a little because she resembles my grandma soul so much It makes me miss my grandma so much. I know I probably sound like a crazy person but Harrel eye care in broken arrow was like family to me so all I want to say we need more people like her!

This place used to be awesome and is now terrible since they were corporately bought out. We had used them for years before this and loved them but they are terrible now. Look elsewhere.

I showed up for my appointment. The lady said they were double booked and their phones were down so they had no way to contact me.

It's now My Eye Dr and it's about what you would expect from a corporate optician. I'm sick of these corporate my dentist, my eye dr types of places. It's all about volume with cheap frames and marginal service. I bought a pair of frames from an optical shop and went here to get my script lenses put in and was very disappointed. I chose to go elsewhere - Downtown Tulsa Eyecare. They are locally owned and have a much shorter lead time. 4 days vs. 2 weeks at the my eye dr place, as they ship your frames to Dallas.

This was my first visit to this practice at 4520 S. Harvard in Tulsa since its changeover from Harrell Eyecare to MyEyeDr. I was disappointed that the optometrist I've been seeing for several years had moved to another location. However, my appointment with Dr. Katherine Horn did not disappoint. She was friendly, professional and thoroughly explained the purpose and results of all tests performed. She also kindly answered any questions I had. The office staff was welcoming and efficient. My only complaint is that they were out of the lens cleaner and eyeglasses cloth that I always ask for at my annual eye exam.

Don't go here! Especially, the one on South Harvard. They or at least the eye Dr. I saw lied to me twice and basically stole from me. I am rating Harrell Eyecare a 1 star for two reasons. First, I have bifocal contacts where one eye is for distance and the other was for computer use. I had to use an alternative eye Dr. because my Dr. was ill and no longer practicing. I was no longer working so I asked Dr. Sayler if I could get the right eye for reading vs. computer use. I needed a stronger vision. She not only charged me an additional $50 ish fee just for my eye chart at the reading level, but she wanted to charge me a hundred (or so), additional dollars for changing the contact prescription from computer distance to reading. Secondly, she lied to me and said the contacts I had used for years was no longer made. I just Googled and found them available at at least 7 places.) My vision insurance was enough to pay for both eyes for the old contacts for 6 months and a good chunk towards months 6-12. The new contacts she put me in were so expensive that my insurance only paid for one eye for 6 months. That means these contacts were around 4 times as expensive as the ones they lied about not being able to get them any longer. In both cases this Dr. never told me that she was charging me to look at my eye level for reading and never told me that the contacts she prescribed would use my entire year's amount for 6 months on one eye. I have had to go without a distance contact for 6 months and will be completely out of pocket for contacts until my insurance is valid for new contacts.

I loved the Dr. I saw and the assistant who helped with testing. But, the optician was super pushy about me buying contacts above and beyond what my insurance covered and was reluctant to explain costs and why and or adjust the amount I was ordering. It was not like this with Harrel. I do like the Dr. And convenience of location but when and if I go again I will say it’s just for the prescription.
