I normally don’t leave reviews, but this situation was completely uncalled for. I was contacted yesterday and told my prescriptions would be sent out around noon. I was also informed that my card on file would be charged for the delivery fee and the medications.
Noon came and went… then 5 PM… then 6:30 PM — still no medication. Since the pharmacy closes around that time, I assumed they weren’t delivering them that day. Then at 7 PM, long after I had already left for work, I suddenly received a notification saying my medications were on the way.
Because I wasn’t home (due to their extremely late delivery), they now want to charge me an additional delivery fee to bring my medications again. This should’ve never happened. If they knew they were delivering that late, they should have called or at least given customers a heads-up instead of sending a last-minute text.
To make things worse, I was told today that they suddenly can’t get one of my main medications — a medication they’ve been filling for years. When I called for answers, all I got was the runaround, and after speaking with the manager, it genuinely felt like this was intentional just to get more money out of me.
I’m extremely disappointed and am now seriously looking for a new pharmacy to fill my prescriptions.

Careful if you have anything narcotic filled here. They employ junkies that will make your scripts vanish. Maybe I should make ONE OF THEM VANISH. THEY ARE RUDE AND JUDGEMENTAL. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU!

I gave them a 4 rating instead of 5 because I have been ordering for over 3 months now as a kidney transplant patient. Every month I've had to wait an extra day after ordering because they do not have my meds. I will switch to online shortly if not corrected. Nevertheless, service, cleanliness and staff are all great!

Usually great but on a Saturday when they want to go home they dont seem to want to help get you that life saving medicine you need. I had my doc and they're tech calling and sending stuff 🙄.

Don’t use this pharmacy. If you taking high dollar medications like maunjaro or ozambic and u try use coupon they will lie to you that they waiting insurance approval . To refill , they will waste your time making calls to your insurance later to find out why they not refilling your medication. I will advise you to use Walgreens or Walmart , they are honest to their customers.

I called 3 prescriptions in over a week ago come to pick them up only 2 are ready and no one knows why, however all the employees seemed to be having an amazing time laughing and carrying on but dont mond making you late to work smh

So far I've had no issues with Couch Pharmacy. Prescriptions have been filled and mailed in a timely manner.

I used to love this place. But now I HATE this place! The male pharmacist is very nice and he will explain things to you, but the lady pharmacist she is a racist the usual white racist person stereotypical because I’m black. She is a racist. My black doctor even said that you don’t never question the doctor. You just say, I don’t feel comfortable feeling This medication if that’s the case but we’re speaking of seizure medication and the non-narcotic medication that she canceled on on herself and re-wrote the prescription herself for a different amount is that even legal so I will be contacting the Pharmacy board of Oklahoma and I will be contacting the owner of this establishment because if you agree with this, you’re just as bad as she is.

I had been with Walgreens for years and the giant corporations like Walgreens are horrible I switched to this pharmacy today and so glad I did nice people who listened GOOD BYE 👋 WALGREENS FOR EVER

Horrible pharmacy to use!!!! I get the wrong prescriptions all the time. When my dr calls in an antibiotic an I get a muscle relaxer instead, there's a problem. I get my meds delivered, and if they make a mistake an take it to the wrong address they don't make things right! Oh they did say they would wave any fees, BUT I HAD TO FEES TO BE WAVED!!!

Pharmacist reused to fill my glp1 medication because I had hit my deductible and their profit was too low. He did however say he would fill it on Monday when my benefit year starts over and will cost me $550. Unethical in my mind. One star for friendly staff.

Couch was great when they were making $$$$ per month on my prescriptions. When I changed providers they threw me right under the bus w/ no Fs given.

I had a great experience transferring my prescriptions over from Walmart. They are friendly and efficient. Best place for prescriptions hands down!

Not very well with keeping prescriptions on file . A day to two days later they can't find your prescription on file..I hope they do better than they have been when a doctor sends them in and they can't be filled or you tell them to keep in your file your prescription until you fill it.but for some reason it disappears. Not very knowledgeable of keeping in file I don't know if they deleted them or just don't put them in .in April I got to have my doctor resend them I'm praying ? they do better in April
