If I could rate the property manager by herself, 5000 out of 10. Laura is an amazing individual and fabulous person to be the woman managing the property. Unfortunately the contractors and maintenance people they hire are absolutely trash. One of their contractors took months, almost 6 months I believe, to finish a job and to patch a hole they left in my wall. Their maintenance guys are just as bad. I'd put in a request for a serious clogged drain problem, and it took them almost a month to a month and a half before they got there. And by that point I had standing water in my sink.
Again, if it was just the property manager I was rating, easy 10 out of 10 if not even higher. But the maintenance and contractors totally drag the whole place down.

Laura is an amazing landlord, I have had many struggles and she has worked with me. I love living here and the neighbors have all been so supportive! Last summer we forgot liter fluid for the charcoal and we were at the pool next thing you know several neighbors went to see if they had some. And one of them did and helped get the grill going! It’s peaceful living here and Laura is amazing! As long as you communicate what your needs are she will help! I had a flat tire issue the other day and a neighbor helped me! Plus everyone here is respectful of other pet owners too. Any maintenance issues Lara has had fixed asap! I am very thankful for Laura. And the maintenance team she has does a great job too! ??❤️

Had a pipe burst in my gf apt. Took 11.5 hours for the water to be turned off. Got 0 respond from the property manager. Now there is water damage in the apt personal and the apt it self. She has been having issues since her lease has been signed and still has problems with the plumbing. The kitchen plumbing still needs to be done and the maintenance man just shut the cold water off and still leaks and drips since 12/2022. Please Watermark properties. There are issues here that you need to be aware of. Lights are out although the properties. On the flip side. This is a a nice location for your working class outside of its issues that need to be addressed.

Went to my friends house for dinner and couldn't believe the amount of roaches specially considering I've never been to their home and seen it dirty... Glad I decided against moving here as well.

My favorite apartments I lived in prior to buying a house. It was nice, quiet, respectful neighbors, fair priced, never had a safety issue. I lived at Heritage about 2.5 years. Loved them the entire time! The manager is very helpful if you have any issues and the maintenance guy is super nice and helpful. Even my dogs loved it there and enjoyed going to the little dog park to be off leash outside. Highly recommend them to anyone!

Since I moved into the Heritage Apartments at the start of August, I have had nothing but positive experiences. In a short time after Laura, the office manager, approved my application, I moved into a clean and well-maintained apartment. She exceeds the bounds of her managerial duties in every possible manner and does so with professionalism. There are no bugs, rodents, or other critters. Our pool and laundry facilities are spotless. I believe there are two laundry rooms, one on either end of the building. My apartment has to have good insulation because I can hardly hear my neighbors and the temperature stays the same throughout the year. Recently, I had to have Martin (maintenance) replace my patio blinds since the gear that makes the shades open attached to the wand broke. The blinds were replaced the following day, and they were much more attractive than the previous ones. Heritage is a place where you'll feel right at home if you have pets. Management fully understands and appreciates the importance of family and treats them as such.
