My family and I are grateful for the outstanding, and compassionate care my Mom received while at IRIS Memory care. Debbie, Tolley and the entire care staff have been wonderful to work with since the day we dropped in to find Mom a new home. Chasity was always a breath of fresh air and the team made Mom feel welcome from the day we moved her in. The care staff gave Mom love and attention she needed to acclimate to her new surroundings. The staff at Iris really understand the disease of Alzheimer’s/ Dementia and provided a safe, nurturing environment for Mom and our family. This facility is one of the nicest and cleanest I have been in. The Iris ensure they have adequate staff to care for the residents, this gives family peace of mind when they can’t be there. The families you meet here are caring and supportive as well, we formed a bond with several families.

We recently had to move my mom from Cincinnati to Tulsa when her dementia symptoms worsened. I’m so glad we chose Iris as her new home. Everyone has been amazing since she moved in several months ago. The staff made her transition as painless and comfortable as it could have been and they continue to care for her and treat her as if she is family. The facility is very nice and the entire staff has been accommodating and very easy to work with. We would highly recommend Iris if you are in this situation and need a home for your loved one.

Mom has been at Iris about 1 year & 6 months or more.
She is doing great!
No place is like home but I have to say they take pretty good care of her.
Someone always takes time to feed her & she eats very good.
The picture is her & Taylor, one of the girls that cares for mom. Even tho mom doesn’t recognize many of us anymore I do believe she has gotten used too seeing Taylor. And I believe Taylor really cares for her, as do others there.
If I have a complaint about anything I feel like they listen & care & do what they can to resolve the issue.
Like I said “There is no place like home & family”
but when it gets to that point that you have to make that decision, I think Iris is a good choice.

Wonderful management, caregivers make sure the residents are always taken care of. Activity team is great with the residents and always makes the facility look really good with decorations. Well kept facility and always feel welcomed!

The nature of a memory care facility is a tricky once. First and foremost, it must have "facility" removed from the vernacular. My visits to Iris in Tulsa have been many in number. Each time I visit I observe another trait that is witness to their integrity. I notice residents engaged either in an activity or in simple conversation and interaction with staff. I see those who's disease has taken their attention to wander, do so safely. I hear residents being addressed by name and respected as their past AND present selves deserve. The community is bright and simple as to reduce the effects of sundowners, promote visual safety and reduce over stimulation. Iris has done well in both its physical design AND unique "neighborhood" approach to care. The Tulsa location can boast longevity and dedication of leadership to provide a service well done.

Absolutely loved everyone here at Iris memory care! Had to move my father in with end stage dementia. Heartbroken but watching how they cared for the residents put me at ease. I would definitely recommend Iris Memory Care to anyone.

I recently toured Iris Memory Care of Tulsa and the faculty was beautiful. Lots of smiling faces. If you’re looking for a Memory Care you should check this place out!
