There was a 250.00 “outside cleaning” charge that they didn’t tell me about. I noticed it as I was doing my expense report. Keep an eye on your bill at this place.

Rented a Suburban to take some Clients to Texas on business 3 days and when picking up suv, it was completely trashed.Lets start with outside. Never washed, completely coated in bugs, mud, road grime etc. Had to hit a fuel station to clean windows as they even had writing on them stating suv was full of (Pet Hair)Inside, a huge filthy mess. Carpets, cup holders, chairs Full of pet hair, windows smeared of dog drool, pet smells, food etc. I had no choice but to continue on trip like this to my complete embarrassment.I will never use this company again. It was so disgusting its hard to put into a review.

I always book Hertz for the convenience and in the Presidents circle as I rent a lot. The airport does not allow car pickup after 9:30 which is unreal as a traveler. Now I will have to book with another rental company.

I sincerely dread coming to this location when I fly in and need a vehicle, either I deal with a grumpy rude greasy hair slicked back old man or a Hispanic lady that talks to you like your beneath her. She'll yell at you or just be rude. I've been a loyal customer to Hertz for a while and have actually switched my business account to Enterprise. Officially done with Hertz as a whole due to these 2 people. Good luck to anyone who rents here, the management clearly let's anyone work here and doesn't care how their staff treats paying customers

The lady at the service window is terrible; so rude for no reason. This branch is overall TRASH! Don't call the number, they will not answer. I called the midtown branch and they said they can't get in touch with them either. If you need a receipt showing a zero balance to close out government travel stay away from this place.

I will never use them again I was treated horrible told I should have gotten my drivers license though mail I five then try’s to claim dl was expired when it wasn’t never been treated like that before

Mike the manager and the parking garage attendant helped me with some matters that arose with my rental and did so with a high level of efficiency and professionalism.. I would highly recommend Hertz based on this alone..

Did not honor the reservation at the last second leaving me in a terrible situation. They did not care at all. I was left on hold for almost an hour to get a refund after they bounced me around from person to person on the phone.

We made a reservation 3 months in advance for a trip. We arrived to pickup our vehicle and was given a smaller suv than we reserved. The attendant was very rude and acted like we should be thankful we got a vehicle. Was told the larger vehicles they had were for gold members and we could not get one for that reason. Try another rental company at the Tulsa airport not a good experience with hertz!

It sucked I booked a car one way and when I got there I was stranded because I didn't have a hard credit card on me, it caused me soooo many problems. I was stranded there after booking online and the employees where like oh well sorry. I live in NC so I'm way far away from home, with no help stranded. Btw my credit card was digital

All I have is good to say about the service, hospitality, and quality of my rental. Leslie, Keith, and Doug keep everything running, what seems to be without any hiccups.....I've tried a few other rentals from the airport in the past.....nothing compares. I will always stick with Hertz. It seems to move quickly even when there was a line. I appreciate the simplicity of getting a car because I'm a Hertz Gold Plus member, it allows me to see my grand babies even quicker!
