Rented a car here we were desperate but I recommend to never rent from them they took our money and told us they would refund us the amount they took they over charged us then said we cannot refund that amount so here we are not able to feed ourselves til we get paid thank you guys so much and I’m 5 months pregnant.

Seems like the local franchise is going out of business or something? Feels like a trashier version of enterprise.. I’m a gold member, hopefully it turns around? Otherwise, won’t be a continued customer.

This was the worst customer experience I've had in a long time. They answer the phone "hold on". They confirmed my rental reservation and then "lost it". They assured me I would have a ride from the auto body shop and then did not provide a ride, stranding me there. They were outright rude. Use any place you can but this...it would be worth even extra cost.

I came on here to write a bad review, and I can obviously see we aren't the first one. What a horrible experience! Nothing like the day starting with a car accident-no fault of ours-and then having to deal with the worst customer service here to try and get a rental for work tomorrow. State Farm needs a better option.Amanda, at the location-what a nasty person. And don't swipe your debit card first thing like they tell you to. They love to trick you to add on their own insurance and then refuse to take it off. We will never ever use this location or Hertz again. Worst customer service we have ever had.

They wanted me to either fill the car with gas or they will charge me $10 a gallon. They should have told me that when I rented the car instead of right when I am about to pay out and leave. The people in their are rude and ghetto and want to pop an attitude at you. It smells in there as it is very musty and there do not help 1 iota.

DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS LOCATION!!! The lady who works there is extremely rude and so useless. I think she gets paid to just let everyone know that they don’t have a car despite of actually having a reservation made through the Hertz website. Luckily I have a video of her, that I can maybe share with the corporate. They should really close this location because they aren’t working anyways.

Believe the negative reviews. Extremely rude lady that works there I believe her name is Maryshay. I can assume the other recent complaint/reviews are about her. After waiting 6 hours I was told this location would need to help me as the Peoria location was down. Well she refused to help me with my reservation , was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked for her name and she hung up on me. Was later told by another employee her name. Anyways I called Enterprise near 11th and lewis and they took care of me in 2 minutes.! Go to them.!

I’ve traveled the world and used hertz everytime and never had a problem until I went here. They are Very rude and unprofessional, they told my girlfriend that she could rent a car and whenever the appointment came around my lady was on time, when she showed they treated her like crap and called her stupid because they didn’t tell her that she couldn’t rent due to her age in which they failed to tell her as well, not only that but then proceeded to lie about calling my lady several times stating “we’ve called you several times and you did not awnser” in which was very false, we also asked for a number to corporate and the manager refused to give me that information in which it is policy to give that information. Then she hung up on me. Overall terrible attitudes and pure disrespect to customers.

The lady/manager at this location is very rude and unprofessional. I scheduled a pickup and rental with her directly then the day comes to for me to be picked up and she calls 5 min before my appt to tell me they have no vehicles and no eta on when one will be ready or eta to have someone ready to pick me up at the auto shop. I demanded to be picked up and when the driver got there she said there were definitely vehicles ready to rent and didn't know why the manager was lying and saying there wasn't. I got my vehicle although with no walk around to check/confirm damage (which it had plenty of) and smelled like someone smoked in it for months, stains on the seats etc. She wont answer the phone to confirm they picked up the rental from the auto shop now so I had to call the auto shop. She just picks up the phone and puts me on hold with no chance to get a word in. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered. The reviews on her are stacking up, Hertz you need to step in and do something here with your employee's disgruntled attitude and lack of service!!

Worst kind of service anyone could ever receive. The service has been in the same place all the time my car was at the bodyshop. The woman who works there is rude and has not helped me at all. Extra charges and my insurance is paying for the rental. But she has been trying to add charges for 3 weeks

Very rude customer service, when my mother in law went into the shop the front desk was disrespectful. It started with her questioning my mother about how she makes money but has no job all because she didn’t have a bank card that has her name on it. I do understand it may be store policy but the disrespect was very unprofessional. I would not go here to rent a car.

NEVER rent with Hertz if you have a insurance claim. You can schedule pick up and they will not come to pick it up for days to a week for me right now. They note the account but no one reads the notes. I pick up the car and it had 1/4 of a tank, hard drive, wobble noises, and I would never purchase a Nissan Kick.Disappointed in Hertz right now. I hope my MasterCard isn't charged .
