Called multiple times, no answer. Finally scheduled online. Brought vehicle in. 1st older man was very short, dry and rude. Did not even say hi how can I help you. I asked a tire question he was rude and answered he did not know. He did not take the time to figure out the answer. 1st man was too busy taking smoking breaks and watching a football game. He took the keys and did not explain anything. I asked do I seat? He answered yes no smile and dry. I waited almost 2 hours before my vehicle was done.
EJ was the last gentleman who helped me. He was very kind, helpful and answered my questions. Thank you EJ, I am sorry I left a bad review. You did an amazing job when you helped me.
Your co-worker may have had a bad day. I hope his day goes better.

We brought in a tire & rim from my son's vehicle. We had a project that was going to take a couple of days to complete. Joaquin & Rachael helped us on the first day. Rachael & EJ was there to help us finish up our repair the next day. All employees again went above & beyond to communicate the best options to assure our vehicle repairs were completed to the highest standard. Thank you!

I had 4 new Firestone Le3 tires, 4 tpms sensors & 1 year alignment on the wifes vehicle. Joaquin (I hope I spelled his name right) was very helpful with information on in store promotions and was sure to give updates periodically throughout the service. Great customer service and great vehicle service as always. Thank you.

What an amazing team at Hibdon Tires Olympia. I had a flat tire and they were amazing in quickly understanding , call Avis for approval and replaced the tire in 15 min.

I was heading out for a road trip when suddenly my tire went out. Problem is my tire had to ordered which would have caused my schedule to be wrecked! Joachiem was excellent and explained my options - and when no other shop in town could have my tire even in the next 24 hours Hibdon got my tire ordered, delivered and installed same day. Highly recommend

Oil change and tire rotation service was ok. Mechanic who parked the car forgot to put paper down on my driver’s seat and got it greasy pretty badly. I told the guy at the desk, and he was friendly enough to give me a coupon for $19 off. Not sure if that made up for it or not. Kind of a big deal to get a customer’s seat nasty.

Marking up prices by over 200 percent is crazy. They refused to do a lifetime alignment because of a control arm bushing issue and said it was impossible because it would just keep moving. 411 dollars for 1 lower control arm is absolutely crazy. I’ve had issues in the past with using hibdons and this puts the icing on the cake to never return and help exploit their business. Shop local and don’t support this big box business.

I wish i could give you 1000 stars five just isnt enough for the staff at Hibdon Tires Plus. I highly recommend this place i had trouble with my tire i broke 3 lugbolts so I babied my truck in and asked them if they could help me get the other two off so I could fix it and they fixed all five of them for me and got me safely home I didn't have the money for that and he told me he had it taken care of i can never repay this and they will always be heros to me. Thank you guys for being the amazing people you are.

Awful customer service! Not to be greeted when entering and standing in front of the person. Not to mention I drove here, minutes before calling, and told there was no wait. To finally being attended or acknowledged by him finally. Just to be told there is no alignment technician. When I called and asked specifically for that issue.

I went to Hibdon to have a oil changed & get transmission fluid check, William is an excellent manager, he had everything done in a short time. I definitely recommend this place for any work done on your vehicle. Thank you William.

I stopped in very last minute at the end of the day -after getting a nail in my tire on the highway. They took fantastic care of me, went above and beyond with the quality of the work done and with a smile and great customer service
