The associates in the lumber department appear to need further training in customer relations and workplace etiquette. I advise not coming here for lumber until the employees receive proper training on uniform and procedures.

I have two comments, one good, one bad. The cashier was very helpful so that I would not have to fight with the pipes I was carrying and wrapped them up for me. Very nice. However, the last two times I have been in there I have watched younger employees go into the family bathroom. We all know what they are doing and also they are preventing people that need from being able to. Whether it be a mother with multiple kids, babies or disabled people that need help in the bathroom. I believe that employees should use the regular bathroom like everyone else. If I am wrong please post your rationale. Thanks. I do love Home Depot though. Thanks.

This Home Depot really goes above and beyond, all the employees I've encountered are so helpful and friendly. A special note about Ronald in returns and curbside pick up, last time I was there for curbside it was over 100 degrees and he brought a cold bottled water to me. One item from my order wasn't as expected and Ronald brought it back inside, processed my return and brought me my receipt! That's unheard of! Amazing customer service.Andrea in the paint department truly understands color theory, she has helped me a number of times and tonight she did a complicated color change for me. Her supervisor Donald was wonderful as well.I'm glad this is my Home Depot!

I have to brag on this Home Depot specifically. I had went to another Home Depot (the one downtown) and they didn’t have the items I needed (were out of stock). They told me to come to this store and that they should have some available. Sure enough, they did have exactly what I needed. When I went to check out, I realized my wallet was missing. I couldn’t remember if I had left it at the Home Depot in downtown or this one off Sheridan. I called both stores trying to see if any wallets had been turned in, and they hadn’t. One of the managers of the Sheridan store went personally looking for my wallet and found it. He called me, verified it was my wallet with my ID and gave it back to me. I appreciated that so much because at any point, it could’ve been stolen. When I got my wallet back, I bought the items I needed which was $600 worth. Thank you so much to the manager who found my stuff, and also thank you for having the things I needed in stock.

3 hippoe depot employees standing around asked them for help an was ignored. Gentlemen in the door department helped out . He was awesome. Helped out even though it wasn't his department.

This is a well-kept store and the most helpful and friendliest staff out of any Home Depot I have been in.The also added a portable outside security system with flashing blue lights and announcements to let car thieves know they are on video.With the theft being so bad in Tulsa, Home Depot has spent some serious money to protect the parking lot!

I had my door measure went to pay for my door and the young man asked me to come back because he didn't see anything in the system but my name. I informed what door I security doors I wanted for my front and back door why if he's working in that department doors why he couldn't help me. He asked me to come back the next day the 3 people young people that was in window yesterday they were here today. I was very disappointed I didn't even asked for any assistance because I knew what would happen. I just want my 40.00 when they came out to measure my doors. I had a bad experience when I made an appointment to get my doors measured April told me that the computer didn't make my appointment finally the person came out to measure my door he was very professional and Dill was who first helped me the others worthless.
