I won’t be returning to this store after dealing with Doris at the customer service desk. A simple request to ensure my wife receives delivery updates for our stove turned into a frustrating mess. Delivery support advised me to call the store, where Doris was rude, dismissive, and clearly irritated throughout our call. She didn’t ask for any of my information (she only asked for the phone number I wanted to add to my order and when I tried to give her my information, she cut me off), pulled up a another random person’s order, sighed repeatedly, and muttered “oh my godddd” while trying to mute herself by covering the phone. She said “you can call the warehouse yourself. Brandy Cope is who’s over it. Call her.” I asked what the number was, and that is what set her off. By dismissing and interrupting me, she turned what would have been a five minute phone call into a 15 minute phone call of pure attitude. When I called her out for being unprofessional, she doubled down, continued to cut me off constantly, and slammed me on hold with a sarcastic “whatever” when I asked for a supervisor. I’ve worked in customer service- I get bad days happen, but this was completely unprofessional and it’s not the first negative encounter I’ve had with her. I had to call a little over a month ago for a question and was met with the same hostility from Doris. Do better, Home Depot.

It was ok its what ive come to expect from Home Depot. Friendly and helpful employees. Clean store. Unlike Lowe's, they have people at the cash register to check you out,not just stand there and watch your wife try to stuff money into the receipt slot and not respond until you specifically ask. This is why home depot will continue to get my business

Don't bother with anything that needs delivered. We ordered a dryer and sat aside a whole day for their wide delivery window for them to mark it as missed. I have cameras Home Depot, you didn't attempt. You don't care either. Worthless staff too. Nobody cares. My time is worth something and you stole that from me. I will never do business with a company that lies to my face.

This is a shout out for Tiphanie and her excellent service while I was purchasing a lawnmower from there. She was great, very personable and helpful. She went above and beyond when I ran into an issue, and made sure that I left with my mower that day. Thanks!

I went to Home Depot for the first time in a long time last Sunday and I do not like going to places like this very much. This time I was not looking forward to going but I had an employee who was very nice and helpful named Crista who made this experience better than the past experiences.

The lady Amy at checkout said she can’t do the Tax exempt. More sounded like a hate because I could tell she wanted me to pay tax even though we have business account with Homedepot from past 15 years. Funny what kinda world we live in
