There's a little bit of wait time to have your countertops installed but Otto is the man to go to and literally the best I'm so glad we went through them to get our granite countertops

There's not so much of a organization or amount of product as in this chain usually provides I have to go to another location or other chain, I would check out on line or call first if I am searching for a particular product. Happy building

Downtown location was very disappointing. Nothing in stock, store cluttered, items relocated but aisle not renamed. Very frustrating trip.
