Wendy was so nice and accommodating at the counter today. Ted was very thorough and took time to explain everything. I was quite pleased with the end result. Definitely worth the cost. I will be back next year.

HR Block has done our taxes for several years. They have always been friendly, helpful to get the Biggest deductions allowed by law, courteous and accurate. We've never been audited!!

I wanted to try somewhere new this year to file my taxes so I came here. Of course I'm not familiar with their fees or anything so I was letting the advisor (named Cynt) know this so depending on the fees I may or may not file. She told me "I'm not helping her time" since basically I wasn't sure if I'd file with them. I just said okay respectfully & left but I was thinking to myself wow imagine if I told my customers at my place of employment they're basically wasting my time. But yeah I'm just putting this here just to say it doesn't hurt to help! Especially what could've been a returning customer. Thanks!

Paid for peace of mind. After I received a letter from the State Tax Board was told I should be able to figure it out. Not sure what I paid for if I am on my own after taxes are initially filed. I think this will be my last time using HR Block.
