Wow! What a great community. Very secure and excellent built homes. Mark Romine does most of the building and he does them right!

I love the opportunities to develop relationships with other residents through social gatherings, golf, pickleball, quiet dinners and much more. The clubhouse is terrific. Our family enjoys the game room and the pool. The maintenance of the grounds and our yards is also a huge plus! What a great place to live!

The moment I walked into Hyde Park, I was blown away with the development. It is beautiful !If I were in the market to move, Hyde Park would be far and away my first choice. The amenities and quality of the homes is simply incredible ! The management is very helpful, experienced, and enthusiastic.

The onsite "agent" who is also a resident made it perfectly clear this neighborhood is NOT seeking diversity. The homes are beautiful and well appointed but I do not recommend anyone of color move to Hyde Park.

We've lived here about 1.5 yrs and overall happy with neighbors, neighborhood, location, and clubhouse. I've not been satisfied with HOA structure, decision-making process, and responsiveness to resident requests.

We had our retirement home built in this neighborhood. And have lived here for 2 years. There is so much to do and so many nice neighbors. We love the relaxed life--no yard work. I have learned Mah Jongg and my wife is playing pickle ball. Come check it out.

Hyde Park is a very neighborly neighborhood. It is a social community, so we have opportunities and are encouraged to get to know our neighbors. Many fun activities are scheduled each month, and there is something for everyone, whether it's potluck suppers, Mah Jongg, monthly book club, lunch out as a group, or game time at the Club House, just to name a few. And Pickle Ball. We have two indoor courts, and it is a very popular Hyde Park activity. Shopping is convenient as Hyde Park is adjacent to The Walk at Tulsa Hills, with its many stores, restaurants, and movie theater. I very much enjoy living at Hyde Park--it's a great place to be!

I have lived in Hyde Park for almost 7 years now. I love this community. It is active, if you want active, and quite if you want quiet. Everyone watches out for each other. I get to enjoy things I wouldn't do by myself like fine dining out with a group or playing pickleball with other residents.Everything is well kept and well planned. Come and join the fun or the quiet.
