My fiancé and I experienced a frustrating situation at the IBC Bank on Yale. She had previously discussed picking up her ID, which she had left behind, with a bank representative. The representative had informed her that the ID would be available for pickup at the window. However, when we arrived the next day, the manager told my fiancé that we would need to return on Monday, as the ID was in a secured area. My fiancé insisted that we needed the ID immediately. I suggested that she go inside and wait for the manager to retrieve the ID. When the manager checked the secured area, he claimed not to see the ID and asked my fiancé if she was sure she had visited the correct branch. She confirmed that she had visited the branch and had spoken with a representative. The manager then attempted to contact the representative who had taken my fiancé's ID, but he was unable to reach her due to a lack of contact information. After waiting for nearly two hours, the manager finally acknowledged that the employee had taken my fiancé's ID home.

If I could give a -10 I would. I'm so upset I have had a problem with this bank since I opened the account. I tried calling for two months and was told I have to go to the bank I opened the account in and I would have but I was out of state.
I add a cash app card to my account so I could send my son cash. I never really use this bank for much but insurance because their atm hardly work and their employees are disrespectful. So anytime my son cash app card is swiped IBC Charges me $35 overdraft fee my current balance is $500+ and rhe late fees are $470. My account has closed so they can't talk to me, I can only talk to collections and collections is telling me to talk to IBC BUT IBC say just pay it. Isn't there a class action lawsuit about theses $35 overdraft fees? How can you charg me for cashapp transactions? Next stop is BBB and my attorney. DONT GIVE THIS BANK YOUR MONEY. THEY DONT EVEN HAVE CUSTOMERS SERVICE AFTER 5. AND THE REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT HELP YOU. THEY WORK FOR THE BANK NOT YOU.

I went to get a card because I never got one when I opened my account because at the time the card machine was down. When I went Cheryl Scott the branch manager had an attitude for no reason and I swear the only time it seemed like she didn’t was when I was leaving. I wasn’t rude or anything to anyone up there so she just had a funky little attitude for nothing I’m going to give her the benefit of the doubt and say maybe she was having a bad day, but ATTITUDES ARE CONTAGIOUS CHERYL!

This bank has pesos and euros! They are always very helpful even to non-customers. And this branch on Yale is even open on Saturdays until 1pm

They don’t know how to take care there customer. I ask to withdraw a $200 of 5’s and they want to charge me cause I don’t have a business account. Seriously? I trust you with all my money and just ask a favor for it. So no to bank here, all they care are themself. They should change there manager and employee. I always go to 41st in Garnett location people there are nice than this location.

I am a fast food manager these people are SO WONDERFUL here!!! Always with a smile and just nice I get treated like a human NOT a number!! How refreshing!!!! THANX!!! IBC !!!

I don’t recommend this location. Very slow and luck of training. I been here to open a checking account, at first they messed up my social security number, second they don’t have a card available, the 3rd time I came to get a card they let me wait over 15-20mns.

I don't bank here and after today I definitely wouldn't. I guess I have a bratty moment, but I tried to cash my tribal checks for my kids(which I had done 3x before because the checks are from this bank and for larger amounts I might add) but today they asked for their birth certificates and CDIB cards because "there's no way to prove you're their mother". I could've slapped the teller. Like I'm going to go thru all this trouble for $50!
