Their drive up takes wayyyy to long to process a simple withdrawal or deposit.

Got to the drive through at 820. The lady said they don't open until 9 (as posted).So I sat there while three employees went about their business of checking emails, drinking coffee and chatting.All while a customer waited in the drive thru.All I needed was change for my registers.Management has not empowered their people to make decisions that are in the best interest of the bank and the customers.It must to be utterly demoralizing to watch a customer sit in your drive thru for 40 mins (typing out a bad review) while you pretend to ignore them. That awkward eye contact (I see you but I can't acknowledge you).Now the manager is here. All fun and games inside (they are laughing and joking,)Not only would I not bank here, I wouldn't work here. I'm so thankful my team doesn't treat customers this way.

Great customer service, and nice people. Not sure what JSL was expecting, the branch opens at 9 and no business can be done until then. Definitely a five star branch.

I love this branch! Been with IBC since 2008. Most of the time I use the downtown branch or 21st & Yale.But when I'm in the area I use this particular branch & enjoy the great service, wonderful staff & great appearance. Keep up the good work 41st & Garrett!!?

I call in and ask for a temporary check. They tell me that nobody in town has any. 2 minutes of calling later I find one in town not far from their location. I am a customer of IBC and I can't wait for the day that it goes down in flames for second hand service like this

They closed down the branch in my town and closed my account without contacting me about it.i didn't find out till my dad deposited the check last night on his way to work in the night deposit and i got a call today that my account had been cancelled. I qent to go pick up my check but they never gave me a proper address to put into my GPS they just said 41st and garnett. I drove all over tulsa and couldn't find it. I dont live in tulsa im from a small town i rarely visit tulsa.i have to go back tomorrow to try again. Deffinately going open a new account with a local bank. Driving there to deposit a check or get a bew card is too stressfull. If they had notified me earlier about my account being in danger of getting closed i would have fixed it. Im a full time art student i don't get steady income. But i could have had money put in my account. It would just be nice to get a call about changes to location or my account. Even if its just a voicemail. The people are very nice. The company just needs to work on its notifications.

The teller I used was rather rude, she did not want to cash the check her client had written to ME, for services rendered. This made not even one ounce of sense to me. If their client wrote the check to me, then what are they in business for? They tried "bullying" me into using the check to opening a checking account with them! I had never heard of this tactic before but apparently IBC thinks this is "good business".!

This location is the slowest in this area. Takes forever at drive through. Not sure if it's just under staffed or what. But I try not to use thos location if at all possible.
