I visited this bank recently and, unfortunately, had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. The teller, wearing a blue and yellow Goodyear jacket, displayed a shockingly pompous attitude. Instead of providing courteous and professional assistance, her demeanor was dismissive and unhelpful, making the entire interaction unnecessarily frustrating.
As a customer, I expect respect and basic politeness, but this teller’s behavior fell far short of acceptable standards. I urge management to address this issue and ensure all staff are trained to offer the friendly, respectful service that customers deserve. This experience has made me seriously reconsider continuing my banking relationship somewhere else.

Audrey was amazing at helping me set up my first bank account! She explained everything well and gave me her contact info if I had any questions. I would recommend to anyone looking for a bank.

I know verification is important, but to be treated like you do not know enough about your money u have is absurd! Chad trys to help by saying No no no, we can't do that, then the manager jumps in to assist him and he the manager attempted to explain like I'm a child. The details are fine when a person doesn't understand. It's like I have control of your money \\u0026 this is what you're going to do. No, that's my hard earned cash and you're going to do as we request. The outcome is going to satisfy my request, I'm the customer!!! Yesterday 7/24/23 Kendra took from 3:07PM to 3:50PM to cash 3 checks and make a deposit. We got the balance before and after. Totally unacceptable when, No one came thru the drive through. Even if she had to wait on counter customers ? she could have advised the customer, she'll be right back. Nothing but a long hot ? wait couldn't leave car idling had to turn off causing the wait to be somewhat unbearable. Last time dealing with Kendra I had to come in because she was unprofessional than. Wasn't dressed to do that this time after all the drive through is for the customer's convenience!!!
