I know verification is important, but to be treated like you do not know enough about your money u have is absurd! Chad trys to help by saying No no no, we can't do that, then the manager jumps in to assist him and he the manager attempted to explain like I'm a child. The details are fine when a person doesn't understand. It's like I have control of your money \\u0026 this is what you're going to do. No, that's my hard earned cash and you're going to do as we request. The outcome is going to satisfy my request, I'm the customer!!! Yesterday 7/24/23 Kendra took from 3:07PM to 3:50PM to cash 3 checks and make a deposit. We got the balance before and after. Totally unacceptable when, No one came thru the drive through. Even if she had to wait on counter customers ? she could have advised the customer, she'll be right back. Nothing but a long hot ? wait couldn't leave car idling had to turn off causing the wait to be somewhat unbearable. Last time dealing with Kendra I had to come in because she was unprofessional than. Wasn't dressed to do that this time after all the drive through is for the customer's convenience!!!

I have been coming to this bank for 3 years now and had No problems untill I took a cashier check out to purchase a vehicle. I feel the employees didn't do there job right because I started getting phone calls from ibc bank. A lady named wendy Wendy MossRegional Support Manager. What a Evil lady! she wanted to know what I did with the money and if I can't prove it my account will be shut down. She was rude. I told her it was for a vehicle and that I had a cashier check. She said everything would be okay. I got a letter in the mail 3weeks later stating that my account will be closed soon. I felt embarrassed and clueless. The employees at this branch also questioned me. Asking me where do I work and that I always pull up in different cars. Which is nosey and very disrespectful. If i could give 0 stars I would.

IBC is by far one of the worst banks I have ever had the displeasure of banking with. We closed our account months ago, when closing we withdrew our funds that were available after subtracting the pending transactions, thus leaving with a $0 balance and closing in good terms. Then today we get a call saying that we owe them $1100 due to a purchase and a bunch of overdraft fees and then the same representative firstly yells and hangs up on me and then later does the same thing to my husband when he tries to call and get the situation resolved. Would not EVER recommend this bank to anyone if this is how they allow their employees to behave and how they handle the "closing" of bank accounts

If I could give one star for this company I would. I came to work for this employer on 07-01-2019. I was really excited, they made it seem like a they are the best company to work for. I wasn't told how much I was going to be making, I found out only after I got my first paycheck. I was really disappointed that I only make $9.25 at a bank. I made more at a grocery store than at a bank. The lady who interviewed me didn't make a good first impression either, she wasn't dressed professionally and was having trouble getting herself together. On my first day I was told that I was going to be at one location but when I went to that location they told me they didn't even know that I was going to be working there. So they helped me and we found out I was placed at a different location that was across town. When I finally got to the branch and started my on the job training, I found out that they make us go out and ask people to open account with them because they don't want to put money into advertisements. And if you don't get the 4 accounts a month they fire you. They made you force your family to open accounts even if they didn't want to, just so you can keep your job. I asked around my other friends who work at other banks and they told me they have never had to do that at their banks. This company's motto is "we do more" so I expect so much from this company. I really wanted to stay with them for a few years and move up the ladder. But they don't give you that opportunity unless you know people in the company before you start. I don't recommend banking here either. They are really stingy with their money. Their rates for anything are really bad. For example the savings account is only .25%. Overall I don't recommend doing anything with this bank.

Stay away from their Mortgage team. The loan officer that I worked with was horrible. They lack communication and have the worst customer service ever. I am a first time home buyer and I had the most horrific experience with their mortgage team. I had to constantly call my loan officer for an update. Most of the time I could not get a hold of my loan officer and I literally had to reach out to the loan processor to have my loan officer call me. Keep in mind that my loan officer took a vacation during the 3rd extension on the closing. I finally had enough and changed to a different mortgage company. I called the branch manager and complained about my horrible experience. She told me that there is only one loan officer working in their mortgage department and they needed to hire more people. This is not my issue because I am a customer and I shouldn't have to be the one reaching out for status updates on my mortgage loan. Because of the lack of communication and poor customer service, you will lose a lot of businesses. I will never recommend anyone to do business with them. I work in a heavy foot traffic location and I will let my clients know to stay away from IBC. You bet word of mouth travels fast. Thumbs down.

Very poor customer services, the sales representative was not friendly at all, I didn’t receive any paperwork about my account I just left with a debit card. I spoke to the young ladies boss her response was because I open the account on Memorial. I didn’t think it made a difference IBC is a family bank it doesn’t matter what Branch you go too. I will definitely do a survey on this branch. Sad part it sounds like Misty was taking up for the sales representative poor customer service.

I referred this bank to my wife and she has been a victim to endless incompetence. Beware of the their mortgage division as they are not competent enough to process a mortgage loan in a timely manner. Lot's of problems her folks, deposit your money elsewhere.
