Ibc bank has helped me with a lot of issues I’ve had over the past few years with my account. The bankers are always able to help me with no worries they tell me not to worry that I’ll be taken care of. I always get amazing customer service when I’m either on the phone with them or in person it doesn’t matter. Also talking to an actual person and not a robot is perfect and a lot more helpful.

I am a disabled woman with a bladder issue, no one would let me use a public restroom, had been walking looking for one as the store I was at didn't offer one and after several failed attempts of finding one several blocks away from my starting point, figured the bank would...I WAS WRONG!!!!! WAS TOLD THEY DIDN'T HAVE ONE!!!!! Seriously I've been in a lot of banks they all have a public restroom! I don't even look homeless so either way it's discrimination and BS!!!! My employer banks with IBC. I went to cash a check from my employer and I had a paper temporary DL (waiting on mine in the mail) and this bank told me they don’t accept this ID even though the state of Oklahoma recognizes it. I was told by management that there have been many fakes. But why not accept it if I have my ssc and expired ID with same DL number ( they have my DL number bc I have cashed with them before) to have multiple forms of verication to prove I’m me, instead of turning a returning customer away . I’ll now go outta my way to cash my check even if it costs me more money and gas. I would have rated zero stars if I could have .

Worst bank I've ever had. Horrible customer service online. In fact, that's generous considering they don't even HAVE customer service online. Can't wait to switch. I've had nothing but headaches with this bank.

The two front desk women, blonde with red highlights curly hair, and brunette or black with straight hair are not very professional. And they don't whisper even close to as quiet as they think they do, I would have loved to tear into them in that empty Lobby. I wonder why it was empty

I went to the location at 71st and memorial to get money out of the ATM machine. Not only did the machine not give me the money but it took it out of my account and now I’m homeless cause I can’t pay my rent until this bank gives me back my money that it stole. They are crooks!

They only have a handful of ATMs around Tulsa and I usually have to go to 3 or more before I find one that works.

Not open on weekends, systems crashed, cheap printed on location debit cards that they will charge you to replace because they are cheaply made, managers never on duty, no longer a good bank.

Bad experiences every time I go there. I needed proof of funds for school, needed it that same day. They weren't able to do so even tho I had the money in my bank. Incompetent management.

This is my favorite branch in Tulsa. They always acknowledge me by name when I pull in the drive through. 10/10 customer service
