I live right across the street from this strip mall, and it’s part of my weekend routine to walk to the local shops before my gym workout. Today, I decided to stop into Ivy Nails after running errands.
I brought my backpack with me because I had my laptop from working earlier at the bar in the same shopping center. Upon arrival, it took 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me and ask if I needed service. Eventually, a nail technician came over and seated me for a pedicure—only to tell me she needed to finish her lunch break. I ended up waiting another 25 minutes before she began.
The pedicure itself was fine, and I requested a manicure as well. However, after finishing my pedicure, she left and began working with another client, leaving me sitting there with no update. I moved to a seat near the door and waited, thinking surely someone would help me now that I had already paid. Still, no one came. I finally had to ask if there was a manicurist available, and only then did someone assist me.
After my manicure, I was putting on my shoes when what I believe was the manager approached me and asked a series of inappropriate and unprofessional questions. I was shocked. In all my years of going to salons, I have never been treated with such blatant disregard and disrespect.
I rarely write reviews, but this experience left me genuinely upset and uncomfortable. The lack of professionalism, the long waits without explanation, and the inappropriate behavior from management made this visit one I will not repeat.

I’ve been going to Ivy nails for THREE years and never had an issue. I went last week to get a full set, less than a week later one fell
off. I go back to get it fixed, was greeted with major attitude, told to come back 30 min later(shop was empty on a Sunday) so I did. They proceeded to leave me sitting at the station for 30 min just to give more attitude about having to fix their mistake. The nail turned out thick and lumpy AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR IT(for some reason it won’t let me post a pic). I WILL NEVER GO BACK! So much for a loyal customer…do better Ivy nails!

They will not appreciate your money or your business. They will talk about you and Hope. You don’t understand. Spend your money elsewhere. I love CT lounge and lux. I’ve never experienced such hate.

If I could give no stars I would. They talk trash about their customers constantly even long term customers. They think because we are american we cant understand them. They are rude as hell and have shitty service. DO NOT GO HERE unless you liked to be talked about and treated horribly. Oh yeah and another thing. You choose one type of pedicure and they don't even do everything on that specific one then laugh about it and say she will never know I'll charge her for this one anyways.

I have only been there twice the first time I came in and got my nails done I absolutely love them I just got a manicure and kept my real nails and had her put a coat of gel on them she did a wonderful job and they look great and lasted until I came in almost 3 weeks later to get a fill. The girl that I saw the second time was not the same girl that did my manicure the first time and I wish I would have said something but I didn't but the little girl that did my nails was not busy and the one that did do my nails had a customer waiting after me so I don't know if she was going to hurry or she just does her as a different way but my nails are not strong like before in fact it's only been 3 days and two of them have already broken. And they just didn't look as good as they did the first time. I don't know the little girl's name that didn't mind the first time but when my real nails grow back out I will have her do my manicure again. The pictures I posted are of my broken nails mind you I got them done on Monday and these pictures were taken on Friday.

Terrible place. Pedicurist tried scald the feet. Told them to turn it down the water temp. and promptly turned up the temperature. Will never go back. Beware of the language barrier …..

I have been going to Ivy Nails for a year now. I have been pleased every single time with my mani/pedi. I call ahead and ask for Kim. She’s amazing. The salon itself is not beautiful and sleek like the one right down the street, but it is clean and the people are always friendly.

Rude! You tell them who you want your nails done with, and they argue with you and say “no she didn’t do your nails last time”. I’ve gone in there twice already 2 days apart and it’s the same rudeness.

I have been there a few times and liked it and had the same lady every time but today was different! She did not buff my nail down or polish! They look unfinished and very bulky!!! I will not go back!!
I wish I could get a refund and go somewhere else!!!!!
