They are quick and accurate, especially since we've been going to them for over a decade. However, the cost of simple tax filling is absolutely ridiculous. The fact that we've been a customer tgat ling with no discount greater than a coupon that anyone can get seems questionable.

Mrs. Langley is the best! She has amazing customer service and since the 1st time filling with her years ago I will not changes providers! She is truly amazing. Gets everything done quick and easy! Always explains everything anytime I ask! Will continue with her and Jackson Hewitt!

Bryan at Walmart 894 was very professional and nice. He made the process timely and fun. He also made sure our children were comfortable while we were doing our taxes. Will definitely come back to him next year and every year after this. I recommend Jackson Hewitt to anyone filing taxes.
