I have bought James Avery jewelry for myself and as gifts for many years because it is of the finest quality. Today I went into the store to get the clasp fixed to a chain my mother gave me twenty years ago. The chain has extreme sentimental value to me as my mother recently passed away. Rachael went to extreme measure to show me kindness and compassion, fixed my clasp, and offered to clean my other chain and pendant…just because. So although James Avery jewelry is beautiful and made with expert craftsmanship, it is the customer service which sets is far above the rest.

If there was a zero rating I would give it! I went to pick up my ring and I politely asked the lady if she knew of any transitions I could do for my man as we women wear a ring I wanted to do something special for him like buy him a piece of jewelry or something. She straight up the most rude tone says to me "Well here in America the women wears her ring." And says it in such a way like I'm stupid. I held back my tongue and knew I would never be going there again .

Annette needs to work on her customer service. Took my charm bracelet to get cleaned that I haven’t worn in years and decided to start wearing again. My name on the account is my maiden name and I wasn’t sure if it was my maiden name or my new last name and she was rude about it. Then I was asking her if it costs money to add new charms to the bracelet and she was just rude about it questioning if I should be adding charms since I wasn’t sure about pricing etc. just overall a disappointing experience.

Love this jewelry and this store in particular, the people are so helpful and kind. I didn't receive an online, at home, and they went through the entire process in trying to find it and help replace it. I ended up getting out, however they were so helpful and wanted to make sure I received my items. 10/10! 4 stars because I've had some rude customer service experiences, but overall, very pleased.

I love this store, they have beautiful sterling silver jewelry for all ages and they just added beautiful 14k Gold peices to their line. Their prices are wonderful as well, the staff is professional and glad to help you.

My husband bought me a necklace from here years ago around when we first got together and I loved it so much I wore it every day!! After many years the clasp had worn out so we were gonna go get it fixed. Well, we don't go out to the mall that much so we put it in a bag to keep it safe. We ended up moving and lost where we put it in the move. My husband found it a couple of weeks ago and took it in the other day and they fixed it and polished it for free as part of their lifetime warranty!! They also let me know I can go up and get it polished at any time for free. I was so happy to get it back and can't wait to start wearing it again as I use to. It's my favorite piece of jewelry he's ever bought me...except my wedding ring set!! It meant so much because he went out and looked for this for me!! I also love looking around in there and seeing what they have!! Always beautiful!!

Sales person was rude and not so professional. I went there today to my daughter's birthday present. When I asked if I can see one of the pendant, she unnecessarily asked me "Do you want me to take it out for you?" Hmmm......이건뭐지?

Super expensive, but they do offer after purchase jewelry care (cleanings) for free, the jewelry is beautiful.... just really pricey.
