I need this to go as far up the chain as possible as to make sire this store is recognized. My husband and I visited this store on April 3,2025 literally about an hr from close and we're there until closing time. He sat his Coach bag down to pick up some clothes and someone walked off with his bag. He was very hysterical about the entire ordeal as he keeps all of his belongings and medication in his bag. His entire life lives in that bag. He was very upset the whole 35 minute drive home. Over an hr after close , he was called by JC Penny and all of the store associates banded together and combed the store looking for his bag and FOUND IT! Someone had put it behind some suits and the staff retrieved it! We are more appreciative than words can say.

I purchased a pair of Levi's two weeks ago that already have a hole. This seems like a manufacturer's defect to me, but JCPenny will not exchange them because they have been worn. I spent $100 on jeans to have them last two weeks. I will not buy from here again.

The customer service I received yesterday was egregious! I've shopped @JCP all my adult life. After yesterday, I will never shop there again. Due to their customer service rep Addison, I will never shop there again and JCP lost a $400 sale as I returned an item that only needed exchanging. Erica gave me hope that there are still good people in the world. I had never experienced such rudeness and this man continued to go back & forth with me after the Manager, Erica arrived and in front of other customers. Despicable, deplorable behavior and he should not be the face of JCP. Ask Erica. She witnessed it!

For the jewelry department! My fiancé and I went in on 12/20 to look for a little band for my engagement ring. We were pretty pleased with the selection and price options. Addison was a great help, answered our questions and gave us accurate prices. Even with the store being pretty busy we didn’t feel rushed and he let us take our time picking out the ring we wanted. Definitely was a great experience! Thank you for your time and customer service this Holiday season!
