Have used Jiffy Lubes in Tulsa for years. Normally outstanding service. Saturday, June 21st the Bixby Jiffy Lube dropped the ball. They did not get the new oil filter on correctly. 200 miles later all of the oil had leaked out of my engine. Fortunately I caught it in time before the engine seized up. Buyer beware.

The employees are always so welcoming here! Quick, efficient, and thorough EVERY time. I always appreciate them showing me a re-cap of everything they did and making sure I’m set to go. Highly recommend!!!

Got great service at this location (Peoria). I was impressed by the fact that they actually used a torque wrench on all of my lug nuts. Nobody does that anymore but they should. I'll definitely make this my store.

Samantha I think it was her name such a funny kind person working there she was so patience with my boys while we waited and explained everything perfect! Definitely recommend! Play area for the kiddos I love it!

I had my oil changed and my fuel line cleaned and then about 30 miles later my engine rod broke. We had to tow it home and it won’t run. It ran perfectly before we had the oil changed and fuel line cleaned at jiffy.

I enjoyed my recent visit to the multi-care location off Peoria. I was able to entrust them to keep my car overnight in the bay to be worked on the following day. I received a quote for several needs my car has. But I wasn't pressured to get everything at once, which is helpful. My main need was I needed brake pads bad. And I was able to get that in a timely fashion. Thanks Jiffy Lube Team! My car is riding much smoother. Look forward to future services.

I love the Peoria store! Vincent and the whole team take such good care of my Chevy Equinox that likes to burn oil like crazy. Highly recommend this location for quality service every time!

Here is the best kept not so secret about Jiffy Lube! If you have a crack in your windshield - it MIGHT be able to be “glued” instead of having an entire new windshield. Super fast and extremely cheap! It was perfect. You can see how much smaller it looks after it was glued. I appreciate the attention to detail that I experienced when I went to Jiffy Lube on Peoria. The lady that helped me and glued my windshield was nice and friendly even though it was super hot.
