Being condescending to contractors on the phone, isn't the way to make money. Just because you don't wanna sell, doesn't mean you can treat the people who give you money like that.

I could not do this 5 star Review fast enough! Doug went ABOVE and Beyond to help my nephew and I try to fix our AC issue ourselves. He took the time to explain and walk through everything so patiently. I had to come back 3 times to test different parts, he was always kind and patient. After we did all we could on our own he then referred us to a repair man that came over the very same day, fixed our issue in 5 minutes and then he would not even take Any money. (Precision Air- Jimmy) As hot and awful as the last 4 days were, we feel very blessed and grateful and we Learned So much!!!

Delivery never showed up during scheduled time. When I called to inquire what the ETA was they seemed to care-less.

I was looking for a furnace capacitor, went to like 4 different places, and someone told me to go there (not even Locks supply had this kind of capacitor) so this place basically save us, its going to be really cold tomorrow, instead of paying $100 to our tech guy we got it for less then $8 here ??

I needed a couple of heater parts for a standing pilot type furnace. After replacing them my furnace still wouldn’t work. Not sure what was wrong I called and spoke to Todd. He was extremely knowledgeable and he went above and beyond what anyone should have ever done and helped me get it running over the phone. Many Thanks to Todd and Peter at Johnstone, they’ve made a customer for life.

$128.00 Goodman Control board out the door with no warranty - Amazon has it for $49.00 free shipping 24 hour delivery. They were reluctant to sell to me - the general public. About 15 years ago the online market changed business models. Guess Mark is a little slow at seeing this.

Called late Friday afternoon, you could tell it had been a loooong day. But he still had a since of humor. Doug was very helpful I couldn't make it in that night. I arrived half hour early the next morning and he was already open. Doug helped me find the right part very very helpful walked me through the wiring diagram to replace the cooling fan on my compressor. Works like a champ. Up and running save me A LOT OF MONEY thanks so much Doug great pricing.
