Worst experience ever. I was taking my little sister to this store to get her a pair of shoes from there and the workers were very rude and unprofessional. One of the ladies kept rolling her eyes because we had to ask for a smaller size due to the size we originally asked for being to big. Then the smaller size we got was still to big, and so I gave it back to her and said that these were to big still and apologized and she rolled her eyes once again and so I made me and my little sister walk out and she was very upset cause she wanted the shoes. But the workers had no respect for us and clearly did not want my money. Will never go back to this place and I do not recommend anyone else going there for there shoes.

It was near closing, and was the only time I wad able to go the ladies were not really concerned with us or anyone else for that matter.they did have the shoes we needed though.

Ive been on a hunt for some shoes for my kid. I walked in here and the staff is great! Mind you I did not end up purchasing but they where great in helping and did not stop trying. But not overbearing. Nice place! Just Wanted to recognize the great service.

Visited this store later in the evening in hopes of catching that they might have a specific shoe we were looking for. The staff greeted us the moment we walked in and was very friendly. After hearing about the interest our son had that we were shopping for, they made multiple suggestions for shoes and accessories, without being pushy. They chatted with us during checkout and thanked us for coming in. I was pleasantly surprised with the interaction and it made shopping very easy.

When I asked if they had a certain shoe in a different color he told me "have you seen that before? Do you want me to just make a pair for you" he was rude. I'm a customer asking a question and your rude remark just lost me as a customer at this store.
