journey's!!! if you want to be ignored but watched. Go shop Top level around the corner from the food court journey's woodland hills. Worst experience ever. They will make you feel like you're in a zoo. From front to back and top to bottom. Every employee understands the mission. It's really distasteful and directly disrespectful. They will never see any of my money again if this how I have to be treated after working hard for my money just to give it to a company who doesn't value me. NEVER Again!

Journey's upstairs Customer service sucks. I made it aware to the manager on how bad customer service was come to find I was speaking with the district manager from what all of the the employees said. If this how they service people while the district manager is present. Says a lot about where the company has fallen. I've been a customer for over 14 years and all I wanted to do today was treat myself to fresh pair of boots for my birthday.

Customer service is HORRIBLE. The greeter didn't even acknowledge me on the way in. It's ok I didn't take it personally. Until I was in the store for about five minutes and then I realized that the other four to five employees were not going to help as well. Customer service is awful. So I call myself doing the right thing by asking to speak to upper management or a corporate number respectfully or something because customer service is unexceptionable. Unbeknownst to me the lady who locked eyes with me from behind the counter a couple of times but didn't say someone will be with shortly etc. is the District Manager. Journey's might be going downward if this is the type of talent that they are seeking to represent them. So now I understand why not one person customer serviced me. They are only following their leader

This review is for the kids store downstairs. Absolutely horrible. I came in with my two daughters today ready to buy 6 pairs of shoes. There were 3 employees in that store and one had the decency after we kept asking to bring different sizes. No suggestions were made or help with fitting the shoes was offered. The girls with the shorter blonde hair was the one giving us different sizes. The tall girl with the blonde long hair just stood behind the counter not doing anything and the Asian male disappeared towards the back when he noticed we could ask a question. This was a horrible experience. No customer service.

After having a bad experience at JD I was pleasantly surprised at the wonderful customer service that I recieved here at Journeys. Thank you so much to the man who was nice to me there yesterday.

I went to the Journeys at Tulsa Hills shopping center and got great service. All of the people working greeted once I walked in. This very nice tall blonde girl automatically walked up to me and started helping me. I am very satisfied with my experience at Journeys.

My daughter and i entered this store when it cleared out a little bit. There was just us and a few other customers in the store. We walked around for a while looking at different shoes and no one ever approached us to offer help or say hello. When i did find a shoe i wanted to try i turn around with it only to find that the staff in the store were just standing around staring at me from the register. It felt very uncomfortable and unwelcoming so i put the shoe back and we left. My daughter told me afterwards that the staff had been watching me the whole time i was there and it felt like we were intruding or something.

4-1-22 10:15am Waiting for the store to open as it is past posted opening hours now. Very annoying to see someone at the desk and is not concerned about someone waiting to shop in their store. Guess business is good enough.
