I had a great experience with K-Box! They went above and beyond — even drove out on my dirt and rock roads to make the delivery. Everything went smoothly, and I really appreciate the extra effort. Highly recommend!

I’ve used K-Box Mobile Storage twice now for my moves, and they’ve done a wonderful job both times! Delivery was on time, instructions were clear, and the best part is how flexible they are — they can place the unit anywhere, whether it’s gravel, dirt, or even a field. They truly make it happen!
Mark is an excellent driver, and Marlena on the logistics side made everything easy by taking notes perfectly and making sure all the details were right.
K-Box is a great choice for anyone needing a safe, efficient, and reliable way to move or store their belongings. Highly recommend!

The service was excellent as far as meeting our needs on delivery, pickup and relocation. Both Marlena and Mark were very friendly and customer oriented. We’ve used this service twice ( 7 years apart) and have not been disappointed. I would highly recommend. The container was clean and in great shape.

We had our 2nd floor hardwood floors redone and needed to move 1/2 of our house out to have the work done. Marla, was very efficient and wonderful to work with scheduling and rescheduling as we had to change drop off and pick up dates. Our KBOX arrived in excellent shape, the employee that dropped it off and picked it up was also very customer service oriented , efficient and considerate of our property. We had an excellent experience and highly recommend KBOX!

Pickup and delivery were both timely and friendly. The unit was clean and watertight, which was critical to our use.
The only complaint might be is that we went a day or two over the one month time period because we couldn’t get someone on it to take the box back, yet we were charged a another full month’s rent.
I’d recommend these folks, just try to be tight with your deadlines as you will be charged with no proration.

We had such a great experience with this company! Scheduling was easy, and with multiple moves involved, their team made the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. They truly went above and beyond—on delivery day to our new address, we couldn’t place the box where we needed because the previous owners’ pod (from a different company 🥸) was still there. K-Box came back out to move ours again, and they didn’t even charge us an extra fee. Exceptional customer service. We’re so grateful and HIGHLY recommend them!

Mark delivered our K-Box on time and efficiently. He put the box exactly where I requested. He was very friendly and professional. In addition, Marlena was courteous and very helpful over the phone. We will definitely choose K-Box over PODS every time!

Truly impressed with KBox! We needed a unit fast and was not sure on pick up times. It was after hours and I reached out on the after hours line and they replied immediately!! So fast and professional and overall a good experience!!

Overall good experience! We had an unfortunate miscommunication but the team at K-Box went above and beyond to make things right and I am very appreciative. Mark is fantastic and can pretty much move anything. Will recommend!
