I had a part in my air-conditioning of my FJ Cruiser go out. It's a difficult repair that most were not able to do. KC's did. They fixed it in one day. My air-conditioning is working beautifully now. They did fantastic.

Tate boys tires cracked my radiator replacing my a.c. system so I called K.C. Auto repair this morning. He said bring it on in and he had it done by 2 PM!

had water pump replaced here about a year ago it was replaced using an Autozone water pump and gasket from down the street and also used LIQUID GASKET on my water pump destroying my coolant system and after a year i would NEVER take another car here knowing they use autozone parts hopefully someone can get the news stations on these crooks soon will add photos soon if possible

Was referred here by my sister in law. I paid for a diagnosis on why my car was overheating. Was given a two day turnaround time but it took 5 days for them to tell me it was the thermostat. $300 later, it was NOT the thermostat and the car still overheats. They said oh maybe it’s the headgaskets but that’s what I paid you to determine with the diagnosis. The side of my seat was broken off when I got the car back and I had to reattach it.
I’m not paying you to guess, I’m paying to you to utilize your shop tools and experience to accurately evaluate a situation. Well I guess I DID pay you to guess, but never again.

took in my car due to a lot of noise coming from a front wheel, I told them it MIGHT be a bad bearing. the bearing got replaced, they charged me almost $500, yet the noise is still there. I called them the very next morning and all I got was a “we don’t know”..
obviously it would’ve been nice to know that the ongoing problem was still there before the car was given back to me? but hey, thanks for the bearing I possibly didn’t actually need..
would’ve been nice to spend that $500 on someone who will actually observe and fix the problem I have at hand.
I guess I’ll stick to what they told me to do the first time I took my car there which was:
“we can’t do it, take it somewhere else”
so I did, and that somewhere else did a great job, and is definitely now my choice instead of KC.
**UPDATE
took it to a shop that actually does good work without robbing you, and they found out that it was just low on coolant and needed a new radiator cap. KC turned my $20 fix into a $450 check for himself.

I have taken three vehicles here so far and all of them has received first class service! The KC family does great work and kept me in the loop before and while all work was done. Definitely call my guy for all my future needs!
