My sister’s Demi fine initial necklace broke after having it over a year. Took it in to ask for help/if there’s anything they could do. They wouldn’t help. One of the sales associate called their jewelry “low quality” which is kinda funny considering the price. …left with no help. This location is never helpful unfortunately. Disappointing.

I had the best experience in my life regarding customer service at Kendra Scott at Utica Square on 4/14/2025. Christian went above and beyond - was amazing! I had a bracelet that my children had gotten me a couple of years ago that had broken apart - he and Cassie looked it up to see if it was still available but it was discontinued - then Christian just didn't send me on my way like most would!!! He took the time to string it back together and put a clasp on it (for temporary hold until I can get it fixed permanently). Because of him, I ended up buying a ring - I hadn't intended on spending that much when I went in there. So many workers just don't seem to care but he was beyond amazing! Thank you Christian, and Cassie!! Please give them a raise for the best customer service ever! Jan

I visited Kendra Scott today to get matching bracelets for my nieces and I following the sudden death of my sister. The associates that I worked with were so kind and pleasant and helped me select a lovely bracelet with her birthstone. When I was checking out, the associate quietly asked me what the occasion was and, upon learning of my sister’s passing, gifted us the bracelets. I will never forget this kind gesture, and they have earned a returning customer for life.

Popular jewelry brand, with this storefront being in Utica Square in Tulsa. Jewelry including earrings, necklaces, bracelets, watches and other accessories. There were lots of options for birth stone jewelry when I went. And they had a gift wrap station where you could purchase beautiful jewelry boxes and gift wrap which was a nice add on.

Stopped in earlier today to take advantage of my birthday discount. I looked around for a minute and mentioned a certain color I was looking for while browsing at the color bar. Rachel took the time to pull out several stones in the color I wanted putting them into the setting I was most interested in so I could see exactly what my necklace would look like. She also created an account for me saving the stone color and earrings that matched my necklace after I joked about letting my husband coming back to get them for me. She even hear me mention to my friend that I had ordered a cheep necklace extender on Amazon because the website was always sold out, she got one from the back without me even having to ask. I recently moved from a city with a much bigger KS store with more options at the color bar but I never got the service there I experienced today with Rachel. Even at a smaller store, I left happier and in a better mood and I can’t wait to wear my new necklace tomorrow.

After an unsatisfactory experience at a different location we came to Utica Square. Emily, Jamye, & Rachel went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and that our business was appreciated! They never rushed us and were so friendly! It felt like we were shopping with our friends instead of a salesperson. This was the best experience I’ve had at a Kendra Scott! Thank you to these wonderful employees for making all the difference!! We will definitely only shop this location in the future.
