Staff top notch friendly kind and happy it seem like to meet.
Storage price is high to me. Worth it becauae its clean and always smell very good. It is not dusty staff remember my face and know im always forgetting code even tho its in my phone. Lol love it the place. it is a nice clean place on 71st.

Miss Shirley was friendly and very helpful navigating through the paperwork, assuring gate access and that we understood key details to make using the storage facility a good experience.
The office was clean and orderly as was the area in and around the storage units.
I would use this facility again.

I have been renting from them for several years and I haven't always been on time with my rent and Ms. Rhonda and Ms. Shirley have been awesome and work with me, during job loss and health issues. I appreciate them tremendously. Plus I love the cat in the office.

Great sign up process, Ms. Rhonda is super sweet. She showed me a unit but didn’t like the way the door was hard to open so she found me a different one. Signed up and moved in same day it was seamless and $100 cheaper than the storage I moved from that kept raising its prices!

Haven’t used them yet but will when I get to town. Mrs Jetton was very prompt on answering the questions and had great customer service. The place was very clean.

The amazing customer service i received durring this really stressful time was absolutely heartwarming, the manager, Rhonda, was so incredibly sweet and personable and went more than the extra mile to help me and my little one. Its very heartwarming to receive such kind hearted care in this day and age, and if you're looking to take care of business while being treated like a person with value, this is where you need to go. Absolutely blown away at the kindness and service I received here.
