This place is the real deal, I got a lb of sliced brisket and a half rack of ribs. It was amazing and very good. I know my bbq extremely well and this place passed the test. Next weekend im off with is soon, ill be right b back there.

I worked the bar at a wedding tonight, and Killer Wail catered. Everything was EXCELLENT! I had a beef rib, brisket and pulled pork. All of it tasted great, and the fat was rendered perfectly.
