Kirklands has been a staple home decor store of mine for many years! The selections are great, it's affordably priced, it's very clean, and conveniently located. Like other retail stores, they're short-staffed and can't offer the 5* customer service from days past, but it's still a great store to shop! The Tulsa Hills store is close to my home so I typically shop at that location. As I love to "design-on-a-dime", it's always a thrill for me to shop beautiful home decor without a designer price tag! And if you love a great sale & want to brighten your home with a splash of Spring, this is the time to go!!! They currently have a STOREWIDE 30% OFF SALE! The sale also includes currently discounted items! I walked out with many beautiful things including a new door wreath, table settings, a large vase, and more!!! #KirklandsFan

I love this Kirkland's, though I usually only go here around Christmas time. Everyone always seems to be very friendly, courteous and have a smile on their face. Everything always seems to be organized and not too cluttered. Easy to find everything needed and not worried everything's going to fall off the shelves when I try to get something like some of the other similar stores that try to pack so much in it ends up looking like a bargain basement store.

Bought online double checked email to make sure all I'd good with order as I live 2hour 10 minutes from store. Hire driver to pick up. They get there. Store does not have item. They have in kirklands at California but they can not figure out how to get to me. Are you kidding. I'm out 80 dollars for nothing. Bad business

So disappointing. Just stopped in after stressful appointment with oncologist. Spent $120. No thank you, no offer to open door as I carried out a 53X39 piece with glass. Male associate L. may need to stick to putting furniture together.

I normally only order from this store online, but I decided to go in and browse Christmas decor today. The employees were rude! They acted so put out by me and then another customer asking where something was. And then when I checked out...not a have a good day or any sort of kindness. I’ll spend my money somewhere else from now on.
